No it's not. So no, they don't need adult diapers, they just hold it in like any normal person

When I was still in school, I would pee before I left to go to school and not pee until I got home so I would go 8 hours. lol
I am sure it is different the older you get and for men so they probably take pee breaks when they are setting up for other matches at PPVs, at regular shows, they might just hold it.
