Divas division.. How about different matches?

Before I get going here, please DO NOT turn this into a tna knockouts vs wwe divas thread, or a wwe diva bashing thread, etc.
If you want to talk about who has talent and who doesn't, etc, make another thread.
Just a simple question here though...
The wwe divas division is obviously pretty bland. It seems week after week it's either Mickie vs Beth, or a random 8 diva tag match.
One could say that wwe puts them in the same lame matches week after week because noone cares about the division, but it could also be looked at like, noone cares BECAUSE we keep seeing the same, lame matches.

What do you think of letting some of the divas have actual stipulation or gimmick matches? I'm not talking about the likes of Maria, Kelly and Candice, they can keep doing the "eye candy stuff". But what about divas such as Mickie, Beth, Katie Lea, Jilian, Michelle, Natalya, Melina, etc?
What would you think of wwe putting them in matches such as a Ladder Match, or cage match, or something of the sort, to try to bring some interest back to the division?

I realise they can't do crazy shit involving chairs and ladders, because even the good wrestling divas in wwe don't do that kind of stuff, but basically, just putting them in some more meaningful matches, with "light' stipulations (2 out of 3 falls, ladder match, cage match, submission match, etc).
Do you think wwe should let them do this? And do you think it would help the popularity of the division at all?

Honestly this is the best idea to spice up the womans division in quiet some time, I hardly believe Vince would ever allow cage match, but a ladder match would really make people want to see how it plays out. I can see the following

Ladder Match

2 out of 3 falls

Falls Count Anywhere (divas backstage fighting=better ratings)

Texas Bullrope (very rare)

I was going to make this thread a while ago, but I was afraid that nobody in the IWC did care about the Women's/Diva's divisions.

The gimmick matches are a good idea but I think the WWE's idea of female gimmick matches goes along the lines of having Bra & Panties, Baby Oil, and Escape the Mud Pit matches.

Another idea is just to give the divas feuds. The Michelle and Maria one on Smackdown could have been good but they then just forgot about it apparently and now Maryse is the number one contender. On Raw, the Beth and Melina fued could also be really special and it was before Melina's injury, and that I Quit match they had was defiantely the best Womens' match of the year.

Some ideas for matches:

2 out of 3 falls or short Ironman matches

Submission or I quit matches

Backstage brawls

Bra & Panties with hardcore stipulations (for the eye candy)

Hardcore 'on a pole' matches

Shorter ladder matches

Tornado tag matches

Shorter cage matches

I think it's a crime that WWE hasn't had a Bra and Panties match in years, don't they know that's the reason their ratings have slipped? Apparently not. Maryse in a Bra and Panties match? Now how can anyone deny that?

Oh I can just picture it, I don't even care who the hell her opponent is because most of the Divas on SD besides Maryse aren't that hot anymore. Well, except Eve. Yea, Eve vs. Maryse Bra and Panties match! That would rock.

They do, but they do it very sporadically. Raw hit a pretty big spot when they had at JD a Tripe Threat, then an I Quit Match at ONS and Katie vs Mickie at NOC, however from there, and since they decided Glamorella is more important than the entire division, it has all gone downhill.

ON SD, they have no other choice. For some reason for them Natalya and Victoria doesnt exist anymore, so Maryse vs Maria, Maryse vs Michelle and Maryse vs Maria are fed to use week in and week out.
