<table border="0" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="6" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td style="border: 1px inset currentColor;" class="alt2">The dismembered body of a missing nine-year-old Hasidic boy has been found hidden in separate locations across New York.
The horrific discoveries provide a gruesome end to the desperate search for Leiby Kletzky, who was last seen leaving the Brooklyn-based Boyan Day Camp on 44th Street on Monday afternoon.
Police are said to have found half of the boy's body in a refrigerator in a home which they raided in Kensington, not far from where the boy was last seen.


A gold car - the last Leiby was seen entering - was also found at the suspect's home, according to reports.
Officers were then led this morning to the remains hidden in a suitcase in a dumpster in Sunset Park by the man at the home they raided, sources said.

The man was arrested in connection with Leiby's disappearance and death and witnesses suggested another man and woman were escorted from the home by police.

Leiby had been due to meet his mother soon after the summer camp he was attending but failed to show up.
Community Rabbi Bernard Freilich told WNBC his parents are totally 'devastated' after having been informed that his body had been recovered.

Leiby disappeared after getting lost as he walked home alone. He was last seen on CCTV, walking behind a bearded man in a white shirt and dark trousers.
NYPD spokesman Paul Browne told the Post: 'The boy is standing alone at some point. The male crosses the street in his direction and the boy follows him,' adding it was not known if they had exchanged words.


Assemblyman Dov Hikind today confirmed the body which had been found was that of the missing child.
His remains were discovered by officers inside a black garbage bag hidden in a red suitcase which was found in the bin.


'It’s just a horror for every parent,' Hikind told CBS. 'It’s just a tragedy today for everyone in New York.

'There are sick people out there who would do such horrible things to an innocent child.


'That this is possible, an innocent nine-year-old is walking the streets, and that there are human beings out there - at least we call them that - who would do this. There’s no reason for it, it’s just beyond horror.'
