Alright ladies and gentlemen, my second topic in weekly discussion is about one of the top level contenders in the UFC's welterweight division - The Natural Born Killer Carlos Condit.

Carlos has done very well in the UFC including vicious knockouts of both: previously undefeated Dong Hyun Kim and Dan Hardy, but recently things have taken a different turn for Albuquerque, New Mexico native. After winning the UFC Interim Welterweight Championship in a scrum with Nick Diaz last February, Condit faced Georges St-Pierre and although he came the closest to finishing the champion than anyone has since 2007 he dropped a shut out unanimous decision the man they call "Rush". Condit than dropped another unanimous decision to Johny Hendricks this November in a fight that some believed Condit should have won. Ironically enough, both fights have gained him fight of the night honors and are against fighters who are scheduled to be in the next UFC welterweight title fight.

So Pulse I ask you, what's next Carlos Condit? Should he reconsider his future in the UFC or should he be thrown in with another top contender?

My personal oppinion is that he should be thrown in with the last Strikeforce Welterweight champion Tarec Saffedine. I believe it would be a good fight and I'd personally like to see it as a 5 rounder, Carlos showed in the Georges St-Pierre fight that he has perhaps one of the best guards in the Welterweight Division and he always puts on exciting fights, he definitely should not be cut. Also, the winner of the Rory MacDonald/Jake Ellenberger fight is another possibility seeing as both men have had their first UFC losses handed to them by the Natural Born Killer, however I doubt Condit will want to wait for that long seeing as the fight is scheduled to take place in late July this year.

Any other oppinions?
