Discovery shareholders officially voted in favor of the Warnermedia takeover today.

This would mean Discovery will soon overtake the company in one of the largest media mergers of all time.

AEW airs on Warnermedia's TNT and TBS, so they would soon be part of the Discovery family.

In January 2020, AEW and WarnerMedia announced a new four-year deal that would see TNT air Dynamite through the end of 2023. In May 2021, it was announced Dynamite would shift to TBS with AEW Rampage and quarterly Battle of the Belts specials now airing on TNT.
