hmm where do i start.. I'd say The Knockout Division is good at the moment keep running it as it is don't change a thing....
Now Since I have got impact for the last past 8-10 months and i truly see why they don't get high ratings...
Problem #1
Alot of there Gimmicks are pasted WWE, WCW idea's that worked at the time, but aren't working again...
Jay Lethal - Randy Savage (lethal is good but they need him to move on from his macho Man Moniker and show a more of a Jay Lethal side into, You can't just act like randy savage forever and expect to get great ratings with it).
Abyss - Kane (don't need to get into too much details except his mask is similiar to mankind)
Creed - apollo creed (not wrestling but there trying to make him look like a certain 80's top Movie but we are living in the 2000's tho)
Super Eric - Hurricane (he doesn't act like the hurricane, but he will never be better than him)...
shark Boy - Steve austin ( give me a shell yeah, how about give me a New gimmick TNA instead of cheap rip offs)
socal Val - Mis Liz

Wrestler on there i just there clearly for the money/Top Ex-WWE Wrestlers than havent performed...
Sting - i clearly don't see this man there for the company, He's just there for the money...
Kevin Nash - His TNA run is a big waste of money and space.....I use to mark out Nash, but im not marking his tna run
Booker T - This guy on promo his been good, But he's been there for almost a year, everyone was happy about it and he hasn't showcased any great matches yet.. Matches with roode were meh, one with Samoa joe was alright...
I like Booker, But he hasn't develiery in TNA but then against my last favourite match of his would be one of those Best of 7 Series with Benoit in 2005/2006).. So Maybe he's showing signs of not being in his prime anymore...

People Who i would get rid of..
BG James (loses ratings, TNA don't need that)
Sting (i wouldnt re-new his contact, i don't know how much there paying him, but i wouldnt be paying it for what he is doing, I would let this book/Joe saga with sting involvement and wouldnt re-sign him after it).
Rhaka Khan (i would get rid of her, when steiner comes back, the steiner/williams unit works well and it's not too bad, steiner helping young talent and it's helping the young petey)
christy hemme - (yes she is hot, but she's like the WWE Maria, doesn't have much skills in the ring and is alright on mic, but she's been in the business for almost 5 yrs tho.)
Lance Rock (this Man use to be over in the 2005 hoytamania, but he sucks and he's holding jimmy rave back)...
KIP James ..(the name says it all)
Kevin Nash (He hasn't done much in tna, If he pleaded to stay he would get a paycut.)
Now with these i wouldnt expect big changes yet, but you will have some little differences

Changes:
Rhino and Christian (christian Cage doesn't need to be in the tag team scene, he prove that back in 1999-2002 and put rhino doing something but keep him away from a world title shot)
CurryMan back to Christopher Daniels (i got a feeling this guy will be labelled "mr. 2008 Underrated) The Curry Man thing is alright, but it's getting curry man no where but closer to shark boy.. Christopher daniels is probably up there with AJ Styles, Jeff Jarrett in winning the most titles in TNA, Great Talent being misused is a sad sight to see each week...
Keep Pushing Beer Money Inc, whether it's in the Tag division or one of them is Feuding with Samoa joe, Keep it going....
With the Impact show there seems to like to speed alot of things instead going at a moderate pace inwhich will leave the fans eating up for more and they will tune in for the next week....
