Did we decide that listing name changes in our profile page was a bad idea?

I recall seeing the option of seeing a User's past handles (username) so we could get a firm idea of who we're talking to. Was this idea done away with for technical reasons? If so, I'll let the sleeping dog lie. If it's too much trouble to sift through, I get it. However, if there is a vote to bring it back, then I am for it.

I removed it to make tidy up the tabs on profiles, they were overflowing before. Recent bet wins had been removed too.
I'll find somewhere else for this to go.
