I know I may be late on this discussion, well way late but I just recently watched the documentaries and shoot videos from Hannibal and wanted to throw my two cents in on the subject and how terrible it is for Hannibal to not being able to finish his dream to being a WWE Superstar.

What happened was that Hannibal (Devon Nicholson), spent many tryouts trying to get into the WWE and finally got his chance. He went to get tests and came back that he was positive for Hepatitis C. When looking back at the tapes of his matches he found our that Abdullah the Butcher had stuck a blade into his head and then right after stuck it into Hannibal's transferring the disease. The WWE pretty much discriminated against him and he had his last wrestling match before he retired and started his own wrestling promotion.

Nicolson has sued both Abdullah the Butcher for transferring the disease and the WWE for discrimination.

I HIGHLY doubt the guy will win in court, the WWE is too big of a company and he was okay with getting a blade stuck into his head so there is no reason for him to sue the WWE or even Abdullah the Butcher. Hepatitis C is a serious disease and all but the WWE didn't intentionally give him the disease so he shouldn't even try to sue them for it, it's not like they knew he was going to get the disease, it just happened. This will obviously end up on the WWE and Butcher's side of the issue.

He wasn't okay with getting bladed. If you watch the documentary he was talking about how code was broken by him doing that cause he was not notified before hand. The Lawsuit towards the E is because of discrimination because they have hired Hep C wrestlers before but wouldnt allow him.

That's his story, I'm sure the WWEs version of events will read differently.

He doesn't have a case at all. WWE have a responsibility to protect their wrestlers and hiring someone like him with Hep C would endanger them if he is accidentally opened up in a match. I applaud WWE for not hiring people with bloodborne diseases like this because they are a danger to others in a wrestling environment.

But the E has signed Hep C wrestlers before AND their on a No Blood policy right now.

like who?????????????????

Billy Graham. Sean Waltman (X-Pac), Abdullah the Butcher (Obviously cause he gave it to Nicolson), Bob Orton Jr (Randy's old man) and many more.
