So I know its shocking, but Sony has sent no word on what the monthly fee is going to be to us at the store level, and I am kinda curious. I haven't seen it listed anywhere (though I haven't probably looked as hard as I could) anyone know what were looking at monthly fee wise for this game? I kinda want to try it.

WoW is $15 a month. If this DC Universe game is any more than that it better be spectacular.

I think it's kinda disappointing though that PC users won't be able to interact with PS3 users. FF 11 was cross platform so I don't see why this couldn't be either.

Supposedly this is supposed to be pretty damn good. The monthly fee is $15 it was announced by Sony Online Entertainment awhile ago. Looks pretty awesome but fuck paying a monthly fee. I highly doubt this monthly fee will do wonders for this game. MMO's are new territory on consoles so I really don't think many will be willing to shell out the cash for a monthly fee. It turns out for a few MMO's, going free has tremendously increased their profits. Perhaps having a subscription plan for the hardcore players and have a bunch of add ons for everyone else to purchase on the PSN.

As for cross platform play, that would be sweet. Too bad it didn't happen. More players to play with is a wonderful thing especially for games that probably won't have that much room on the shelves.

I think I would hate playing any kind of MMO on a platform system. Just from my past experiences with a few different ones there are way too many buttons needed to play the game well than there are on a controller.

I was reading the back of the case about the free 30 days included on the back of the PS3 case. It says that its in the form of a PSN Voucher Code. So I am wondering then, if for your $15 a month you can use the $20 & $50 PSN cards since there do not appear to be any time cards being released.

By the way the Batman statue in the Collectors Edition is fucking sweet. If I had money to blow on shit I'd be buying it just for the statue and the game would just be a "meh" type extra.

Holy shit, the install for PS3 takes up 15GB. That's ridiculous. Most of the data should come from the servers running.
