At UFC 113 way back in May 2010, welterweights Josh Koscheck and Paul Daley fought for a chance to become the number one contender spot and a coaching stint on the ultimate fighter against then-champion Georges St-Pierre. The fight was not a very exciting one as Koscheck repeatedly took Daley down and failed to threaten with any ground and pound or submissions, but the most exciting moment of the fight happened afterwards when Daley sucked punched Koscheck after the final horn had sounded.

The event caused Dana White to trip out and give "Semtex" his immediate dismissal from the UFC. Since then, Daley has been on an 11-4 stint with fights against Jorge Masvidal, his noteable slugfest with Nick Diaz, Tyron Woodley, and Luigi Fioravanti. Since mid last year, Daley has been campaigning for a return to the UFC, and although Dana White had been pretty quick to brush it off. He took the time to address the incident on UFC.com

Dana White said:
UFC.com - He (Paul Daley) obviously wants to be back. I just have a hard time with it. Since we’ve been here, and as far as I know in UFC history, no fighter has ever punched another fighter in the face when a fight was over. I just can’t forgive that.

It seems like the boss is a little unforgiving in this matter, regardless of Daley's current high streak. And we won't be seeing "Semtex" in the octagon anytime soon.

I totally see where Dana White's coming from! MMA let alone the UFC already receives enough bad publicity with reporters calling it "brutal" and "barbaric", and what Paul Daley along with Jason High and Rousimar Palhares have done with their post fight actions give people even more reason to fire off at the UFC.
