Amir Sadollah and James Wilks were set to face off in a battle of TUF champions. Now, the season seven winner will take on season nine runner up, DaMarques Johnson at UFC Fight Night 24. The card takes place on March 26 at the Key Arena in Seattle.The fight has been official announced by the promotion and added to the card.
Johnson reached the finals of the season nine welterweight tournament, but submitted to Wilks in the finale. Since then, he has gone 3-1 in the UFC and picked up wins over Mike Guymon and Brad Blackburn.
Despite having no professional experience, Sadollah blitzed the middleweight field on the seventh season of TUF. In the finals, he defeated submitted C.B. Dollaway in his first professional fight. Since that night, he has dropped to welterweight and picked up wins over Blackburn and Phil Baroni. In his last fight, Sadollah defeated German Peter Sobotta by unanimous decision at UFC 122.
