Daisuke Sekimoto (44), a member of Dainippon Pro-Wrestling, was injured during a match at the Korakuen Hall tournament in Tokyo on the 29th and was transported to the emergency room.

Sekimoto teamed up with Abdola Kobayashi and Ryuji Ito in the semi-final to face Miyamoto Hiromuku, Hama Ryota, and Andy Wu. After seven minutes, when Andy gave me a swing DDT, my movement slowed down and soon I was in a state of downturn, and the referee stopped me. After the match, Sekimoto, who was injured after the rope was removed, was carried on a stretcher. After that, CEO Eiji Tosaka, who entered the ring, reported that Sekimoto was rushed to a hospital in Tokyo at the discretion of a doctor.

According to the public relations, there is no numbness in the legs, but he said that his grip strength is "a little weak," so he is undergoing tests at a hospital in Tokyo for plastic surgery and neurosurgery. The diagnosis results will be announced later.
