I think it will be Honkey Tonk Man because of the HontaTonkameter thing but he is only around 10-15 weeks (I may be wrong) and he needs to be 64 to beat Honky I think he should have versed Honkey when it will be his last or second last week before being the best IC Champ ever.

But that could mean Either the WWE doesn't want the angle with the Meter to continue they either want to do something else with him or want to push him out of the IC title.

I seriously doubt Piper would win. Santino to beat Honky Donky cleanly.
