The men's rumble should be good, it usually is, even though the winners have been disappointing last few years.

With the men's Rumble and the Universal Title match, it should be a decent PPV.

They need to not make the same mistake they made last year, if I am remembering correctly, when there were like no surprise entrants. A rumble can be fun no matter what, but ever since the late 1990s, the surprise entrants have been a major part of the Rumble and to not have a few surprises is a let down.

Tough to have real surprise entrants since there's rumors before the rumble about who the surprise entrants may be. There hasn't been a true surprise entrant since like 2013, which was Jericho.

Your idea of a surprise entrant is different than mine. I'm talking about an unannounced entrant not currently known to be with the company. Sure, you can find that out by looking at spoilers on news sites, but that doesn't make them not a surprise entrant. It only makes them not a surprise to the portion who reads those reports with the intention of spoiling. Last year there was none of either.

It's either they go overboard, or they don't have enough. There kind of needs to be that middle ground. A couple of surprises like an NXT debut or a legend/past star mixed in with giving enough spots to current guys to give them a spotlight.
