Backstory
South Park creators Trey Parker & Matt Stone were getting bored of South Park
While Mathew Todd was broke after another Wrestling Promotion went under Mathew had one thing in his life left Trey and Matt owing him
So after hearing about Todd's situation they started talking about a cartoon wrestling promotion in the south park style from these talks they got a one hour slot on Saturdays on Comedy Central and got into talks with WWE and TNA for a agreement for their superstars to go into cartoon
From here CSWP was born​
