Alignment: Face who acts heelish in pursuit of revenge, can get cheered or booed depending on the situation.

Gimmick/Backstory: Caesar believes he is the reincarnation of the the original Gaius Julius Caesar. His motivations for joining Ground Zero Season 2 were unknown, but he ended up making the finals before losing to Konchu Hao. When all hope was lost for Caesar's wrestling career, one (at the time) insignificant decision to pair him and fellow nGw alumni Stu Grimes changed his trajectory differently. They ended up winning matches they had no business winning and eventually got themselves a tag team shot against the legendary Golden Rock. They lost a nailbiter, but ended up having the last laugh after winning a tag battle royal at a later show and then the tag titles on the same night. Men out of Time managed to defend the titles two more times before suffering an ambush from Meltdown roster, leading to their title loss to Bad Influence and then the murder attempt of Stu Grimes by Kayden Knox. Now, Caesar wants nothing more than to avenge his partner. He will do anything it takes to achieve that goal, so don't expect him to play nice.
