Condit wants to fight Martin Kampmann if Georges St. Pierre isn't ready by November

Condit was recently interviewed by HDNet's "Inside MMA," where he discussed his plans for the future. By the sound of it, the interim champion may be coming around to the idea of taking another fight, while he waits for the return of "GSP."

"If it turns out Georges can't fight in November, most likely, I will fight somebody else. I really wanna fight Georges. I really wanna unify the belts, but there's also some other guys that I would like to fight as well. You know, Martin Kampmann's the only guy that I've lost to in the UFC, the only guy I've lost to in about the last six years, so I would definitely like to avenge that loss."

I'd be all for this rematch, i mean Condit is a "champion" he should have to defend his title anyways.

Horrible style clash, IMO.

If Condit fights like he did against Hardy then I'm all for it, but that safety first shit he pulled against Diaz isn't great to watch, especially against a counter striker like Kampmann.

Give Diaz a rematch (doesn't deserve one, but Frankie Edgar didn't either) instead.

I'd actually rather see Rory McDonald come in and smash Condit more than a Kampmann rematch.

My boy Condit is going to lay a beatdown on Kampman. I hope he faces GSP though regardless if he loses which Im 98 percent sure he will. It would really be a monumental match for him.

Certainly won't be a big draw, would be tough for anyone to market that fight.
