Official Rules of Competiton
The PPV card for the competition will be posted in a new thread and anybody can enter the competition simply by posting their predictions on who wins those matches in that thread.
Below are the rules for the various elements of the competition.
Basic Rules
- A competitor will receive one point per correct prediction and no points for a wrong answer.
- The thread to predict in and the final card to predict on will be posted to the forum on a Thursday afternoon/evening. It will be posted by 10pm (UK time) at the latest. This card will not be altered after the initial post is made.
- Predictions made after the start of the ppv (based on the post time on the forum) will not be counted.
- Posts containing predictions edited after the start of the ppv (based on the post time on the forum) will result in that competitor being disqualified from the match.
- If a straight singles or tag-team match is cancelled, or one side of the match is replaced after the match card is posted for predictions, either due to injury or any other reason, then this match will be declared null and void and nobody will recieve any points for the match that didn't take place.
- All rules may be added to or ammended at any time based on unforseen circumstances.

- The title may be defended in multi-man matches on special occasions.

- The challengers in the fourway will be the top three point scorers from the previous show (excluding the WPC Champion)
- If the title match ends in a tie, with the champion tieing for first place, then the Champions advantage states that the title stays with the defending Champion.
- If any competitors other than the champion tie for first place, whoever is higher in the World Prediction Rankings will win.
- If the Champion does not defend the title then they will forfeit it to the highest scoring challenger at that event
- The World Prediction Champion cannot win the OTPG title.
Rankings
- Competitors will be ranked based on their performances when predicting.
- Rankings are based on the calculation of "wins minus losses"
- Rankings will be updated and posted as close to the completion of the PPV as possible.
- If a competitor fails to predict for two consecutive matches they will be removed from the rankings (they will not be disqualified from competition, their current scores will be archived to allow for them to return on the same standing as and when they chose to do so).
- Should competitors be tied for top spot at the end of a year a one on one tie-break match will take place at the first show of the new year to decide who will be crowned the
