What are your thoughts on these guys? How do you think thy've been doing for a few months now as faces?
Do you think they would be better off as heels, or do you like it as a face team?
Also, do you see ANY potential for a singles career in the future for either, or will they just have to stay as a tag team to stay in their limiations?

Eh, they're just kind of there right now, blending in with the scenery along with their titles...which really isn't a good thing. Carlito is a natural heel, so I'de always rather see him as a heel...can't really say much for Primo.
Since picking up the titles they haven't done much besides a few matches with Kendrick and Jackson which went absolutely nowhere.
It's good that they're starting up a program with Miz and Morrison (obviously the superior team in my book)....perhaps they can get a little more exposure right now. It seems they'll be heading towards a tag title unification at Mania (hopefully).
As far as singles careers...well, we've already seen how Carlito faired in singles competition. I don't think we'll see him rise beyond that unless he's sent over to ECW.
Primo honestly seems a little better than Carlito in the ring, and a lot flashier. Even so, I see about the same for him as I do for Carlito.

I think they've been doing really well.

They've had a good run with the titles, had a few good feuds and gotten over in the process of having really good matches. I'm really enjoying them right now on Smackdown. I think they should stay as a tag team until at least 2011 because the WWE needs long term tag teams they can rely on. Carlito and Primo also look like they enjoy working with each other a lot as well.

If eventually they do split up, I think that they could both have moderately successful singles careers. I could see Primo winning the Intercontinental and being an exciting mid carder that gets over through his offense, like Evan Bourne or Kofi Kingston. Carlito I could see main eventing ECW as either a heel or face, but preferably a face, as he can use his athleticism more then. If he was built up enough, in a few years carlito could potentially even main event a main brand, most likely Smackdown. Hey, it looked like that 2 years ago, so why not now?

They were hot on Carlito when he first came around. But they weren't pushing him fast enough for his liking so he got lazy. I heard the biggest reason they paired him with Primo is because he's got a better work ethic and they hoped it would rub off on Carlito.

Yeah I know about that and the work ethic thing is true. Carlito looks a lot better and happier in the ring. I'm saying that if he's happy like this for long enough, then when a singles push would eventually come his way, he'd know not to get lazy and to take it for granted.

If Carlito's gimmick was altered slightly he could definately make it further up the card. I don't know how far the "cool" thing is going to take him.

They sure are talented IMO, but there reaction and momentum has died down, stooping the WWE Tag Team Titles to an even LOWER level than before. I reckon these two are not being utilized well enough by the WWE, I reckon that they should put them in a situation where they are chasing the belts, which could get them more over.

They should be allowed to make vintages and promo's. The tag team division has some great tag teams but they don't use them properly.

The Colons have the ability but they need more mic time or some Carlito and Primo's Cabana's

If only they could combine Primo and Carlito into one superstar. Take Primo's desire and in ring ability and combine it with Carlito's mic skills and charisma. That would be one hell of a professional wrestler.

Since that can't be done, I don't see either making it as singles wrestlers. At least not as main eventers.

One word, workrate. Whenever these guys get in the ring, its a contender for match of the night. And they are funny to boot.

I think both of them are boring as hell. They have some great moves but their gimmicks are lame. I don't know, I could just never like them. They don't interest me in the slightest. Everything from their stupid entrance music to that gay hair.

A million times this! To answer one of the questions in the first post, I think they've been doing awesome since becoming a team (Though I'll admit I'm a tad biased) and have pretty much been tearing it up since they got together. Hell, I would go as far as to say that Carlito and Primo are a better team than Miz and Morrison.

As for their singles careers... I still think Carlito could be a main event player. He's shown more desire these past couple of months, and somehow, he's managed to stay over by doing the same things he's always done. As for Primo, I just can't see him doing much of anything as a singles wrestler.

^^^Actually, I should. In terms of in-ring talent, there is no way you that you can say that Morrison and Miz are better than the Colons.

Morrison is nowhere near as good as some people might lead you to believe, and although The Miz has improved a lot, he's still not that good in the ring either.

In terms of the overall package, however, I have to give Miz/Morrison the edge. Granted, Miz and Morrison have the advantage of being showcased on all three brands.

Carlito>Morrison in mic skills. Morrison has good lines, but his delivery is AWFUL.
Miz>Primo in mic skill.

Primo>Miz in ring skills.
Morrison>Carlito in ring skills.

it's basically a wash between the two teams if you ask me.
