According to Fighter's Only Magazine, Mark Coleman has suffered a second-degree tear of an MCL knee ligament, which is why he pulled out of UFC 106 and his fight with Tito Ortiz. Coleman's long-time sponsor Mike DiSabato (of CageFighter) confirmed the injury today and said that he has asked for the fight to be rescheduled for January 2nd, DiSabato also criticized Ortiz's comments on Coleman, stating the following:
