As for current WWE champion CM Punk, the latest news on his WrestleMania opponent is that he’ll be wrestling Chris Jericho, who is expected to return in early 2012. While all indications have been that Jericho will be returning on January 2nd, there’s a strong chance WWE will try to throw off all the online reports and have somebody else be the person behind the cryptic promos we’ve been seeing on RAW in recent weeks..

This has been kind of obvious since rumors of his return and the promos, but the fact that they will throw people off and make it more unexpected is going to be great when he actually returns which is most likely going to be Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant. :mark: And it's still news..
