Clothes Hoarding

So I spent 4 hours going through my clothes today. Giving a ton of stuff to my niece and some stuff to the good will. I didn't realize how much stuff I had back in the closet. Holy crap. I am a legit clothing whore. It is bad.

So how often do you guys go through your clothes and actually get rid of stuff?

I was shocked when I found stuff I didn't even know I had. That is pretty bad.

When I was younger, it sucked cause no one ever got me stuff I would wear. lol

The same. There's clothes that I have right now that people still give me that I don't wear and never will. It's just sort of obligatory for certain family members like my uncles and cousins to buy me random clothes that they probably don't even know will fit me.

It took my own mother 22 years to figure out what clothing to buy me, so don't feel too bad. haha I use to not say anything and just bury it in my closet. I finaly told her a few years back that I'd rather her not buy me anything then buy me something I wont wear or use. I don't like getting gifts all that much to begin with so when someone buys me something I don't like, I feel bad.
