According to his facebook page which is ran by the guy who runs a gym that Clay owns:

"I keep hearing whispers of a 145lb Clay Guida coming........soon........stay tuned....

Que up 5 post about how he would do at 145 and a hundred post about how he won't have a problem making weight because he loves to run.

Can't imagine him doing a whole lot at 145. I guess it'd be good though to get a big name guy in that division, seeing as other than Aldo and Mendes there isn't shit.

Yeah that'd be the only reason plus his time in the lightweight is pretty much shot since he did nothing in his last fight and lost so he was sent spiraling down the ladder. So this would be the only way he could get a title shot rather soon.

Anything to improve the wasteland divisions is good.

Although I would like him to leave Greg Jackson so he gets back to the style ppl love rather than do a running man all fight. As always I pick him to beat Aldo should they ever fight........give him someone like Poirier first to see how he does though.

Shoot if he sticks with Jackson... Aldo will win... but it will be a 5 round marathon tryin to catch him.
