TWO CLASH STARS FIRED – SO SAYETH THE TRUTH
It’s widely known by now that when CEO Truth Martini arrives LIVE to a CLASH Wrestling event, the foundations are rocked by ground breaking announcements. In his history as CEO, he has terminated such CLASH Competitors as Marty Epps, Khameleon, Jack Night, and now…Dragon Kreed & Wreckingball are on the unemployment list! Additionally, punishments were dished out respectively to Cameron Skyy (by signing him against Mena Libra on 6/4) and Too Sweet (by adding H3RD to the end of the Tag Team Gauntlet, thus causing Too Sweets’ first defeat). These punishments were issued as a result of Truth Martini being carried by the aforementioned individuals to the ring unwillingly during his singles bout with Mena Libra at this past January’s Seize The Day IV Anniversary event.
Wreckingball & Dragon Kreed (collectively known as Wrecking-Force) were two staples in CLASH Wrestling whom have been with the company nearly since its founding. Dragon Kreed, a Former CLASH Champion, was known for his increased popularity on his rise to the CLASH Championship thru the end of 2008 into early 2009 and notorious for his cut throat feud with Cameron Skyy. Wreckingball, a Former CLASH Tag Team Champion, was known as the biggest man in CLASH Wrestling topping 400+lbs, tagging with Will Vendetta as part of “Wreck N Roll” and feuding with the likes of the currently injured J. Miller. We wish both athletes the best in their future endeavors. Will Truth Martini’s power be controlled?? Stay with us as we head to Taylor, MI on 6/4!
H3RD GIVE TOO SWEET THEIR FIRST DEFEAT AND BECOME CLASH TAG CHAMPS
Truth Martin’s CEO power carried on throughout the night as Too Sweet barely achieved victory in a Gauntlet style Tag Match, it was Martini that added H3RD’s Tommy Treznik & Ded Vaughn as a last minute add-on. Treznik is no stranger to Tag Gold as this marks his 5th time holding the gold, more than any other competitor on the CLASH roster. Although Too Sweet are entitled to a rematch, both teams will be doing other things on 6/4 as Too Sweet will take on Gavin Quinn (c) & Simon Dean; while H3RD will take on a pair of mystery opponents in accordance to the CLASH To The Future theme, details forthcoming.
CAN ANYONE BEAT “GQ” GAVIN QUINN?
Whether you like him or not, it’s impossible to ignore Quinn’s track record from 2010 into 2011. Gavin Quinn’s hot streak kicked off by winning All Out War last year, and since then had defeated everyone in his path to retain the CLASH Championship. The long list of names that have fallen to Quinn now include: Cameron Skyy, Jimmy Jacobs, X-Pac, Petey Williams, Amasis, & now “Swagg Starr” Dave Manzo! On 6/4, Quinn’s physical conditioning through the Simon System via Former WWE Star Simon Dean will come together as the two will be in Tag Team action in our main event attraction with Too Sweet!
CAMERON SKYY VERSUS MENA LIBRA
For months now, former friends Tyler Elkins & Cameron Skyy have been at each other’s throats, both seeking for a conclusion to their inconclusive finishes to each respective contest they’ve been in with each other. From Count-Outs, to No Contests, and even at AGE OF ALLEGIANCE; neither could gain the pin on one another as it was Mena Libra whom pinned December. However, on 6/4 we will not see the Skyy/Elkins saga battle it out; this time Truth Martini & Tyler Elkins came up with a more suitable opponent – Mena Libra. Intergender contests are not a common theme in CLASH Wrestling (we tend to keep the men with the men, women with the women) and with Mena & Skyy being friends with each other, it creates an interesting dynamic. Will Skyy competitively take on Mena?? Only one way to find out, join us at CLASH TO THE FUTURE III!
