Note that they are not signed full time. They are on the type of deal Samoa Joe was on originally were they are allowed to work select independents at least for the time being. Ciampa for example is going to work in England in August. And they don't need to relocate to Florida (Gargano lives in Cleveland, Ciampa in Milwaukee). They could probably be upgraded to full time whenever the brass feels like it tho
