the green effect at the bottom is just wrong imo.
The direct brushing behind the the psd was bad (maybe the quality of brush used not sure).
Why there is a rectangle on the right side? was it meant to be for the text? well in that case you should have blending it more and modified the color and the text should be more or less related to the theme of that rectangle.
The Idea is good tbh but its way too random for my likings.

not really feeling this one C4. The best thing to me is that I see you trying different things and broadening your skill set. I think a little more practice and just getting a better eye for when the effects become too much. Less is more in most cases.
