I never did watch the Chernobyl Show but this Doc alone is telling me to watch it knowing full well I'm going to feeling alot of emotions throughout.​

I've been putting it off seeing this but I took the leap knowing I would be effected by it greatly. The pain and suffering of people hurts me to my Core and not being able to help them through that made me so sick at moments seeing the images and video from the tragedy. The Soviet Union really dropped the ball and that is saying it nicely with the Reactors at the Plant and it was disgusting to see them blame it on Personnel while also saying the illnesses from the Radiation was mental and having nothing to do with it. Over 8.4 Million people were effected and over 200,000 passed away. The First Responders and the Liquidators my God they were sent to their Coffins having to deal with the Radiation. When I saw how much the Liquidators were paid it was the US equivalent to $12.85 and they said 80% of them would die in the coming years. Just seeing and hearing of that it might take me some time to even watch the Show.

I will watch this. I watched the mini-series, and also watched the documentary made years ago about this. It was a terrible situation, certainly a hard watch I'm sure.
