Hey yo. Does this mean he can take part in the upcoming NWO reunion on RAW? I would hope so, but we'll see I guess.

DAYTONA BEACH — Prosecutors have decided not to file a domestic battery charge against former professional wrestling star Kevin Nash.

Prosecutors said on Thursday they won't pursue the charge against Nash stemming from a scuffle with his 18-year-old son.

An investigation against his son, Tristen, is still ongoing.

Nash and his son were arrested last month on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Police say Nash got angry when his son arrived home late and intoxicated. Another relative told deputies the teen also shoved his mother.

Nash's attorney says the former wrestler was only defending his wife.

Was pretty obvious based on what I read of the incident that he was not in the wrong. It does sound like he raised a real shithead of a son though.

He did what I would've done if my son came home like that. "I'm still your father you smug little shit"

Absolutely he did what he had to do with his son acting like that. I'm saying he has a real asshole for a son, possibly because he wasn't around much when he was a kid to raise him. Pure speculation.

Update On If Kevin Nash Will Be Appearing On RAW This Monday, More Legends Confirmed For Show

Kevin Nash will be appearing at this Monday's "RAW Reunion" in Dallas, Texas. Nash was originally advertised for the show, however was pulled after WWE suspended his legends contract following Nash's arrest last month after a confrontation with his son, 18-year-old Tristen. The assault charges against Nash were dropped this week, clearing him to do Monday's show.

In addition to Nash, WWE.com reports that Jimmy Hart, Billy Gunn and Ron Simmons will appear on the show. Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels and Scott Hall were previously confirmed for Monday's episode.

With the Raw reunion being this upcoming Monday, it's got me wondering if Lesnar will be there to finish what he started a week prior to SummerSlam when he crashed Hogan's B-day party...

But anyways, I'm hyped for next week's episode! Should be a good one.
