FWA Title Histories, Records, and Accolades
Welcome to the seventeen year history of the FWA. In this thread you will find a complete break down of each FWA title and it's history. Scroll through to see who has to most wins, longest reigns, or most combined days of every title. At the bottom of this page, you'll also find a section featuring our other accolades. Things such as leading World Champions, Carnal Contendership winners, Golden Opportunity winners, and Back in Business Main Event History can all be found here. A lot of the more recent work in this thread, including the excellent layout that this information is now in, is thanks to ongoing work from Hemmlock.
Please note that FWA's history is seventeen years plus long, and has spanned across three different forums. Between 2005 and 2013, PWS Forums was the home of FWA. This was the website that hosted all of its shows, rosters, and title histories. In October 2013, PWS Forums crashed most of the records from it became unretrieveable. FWA was fortunate enough to get adopted here at WrestlingClique Forums, and it was FWA's home between November 2013 and September 2022. The FWA moved to WestlingSmarks Forums at the start of October 2022. While we were able to recover the exact title history of each of our championships during the move from PWS to WC, some of our exact dates were not able to be recovered. Therefore, if you see a "N/A" listed next to a record, that means the date for that record is Not Available. Luckily, this is only a small amount of our records and most of our history has been recorded to the exact date.
Enjoy this thread at your leisure, and who knows...maybe you can become a part of FWA's history?
FWA World Championship ___________________ ![]() Classic Design ![]() Today, it's still the most coveted belt anyone can achieve with over seventeen years of history. Most Wins (Chris Kennedy at 5) Chris Kennedy is currently the leader with five unique reigns. Hall hit the four-reign mark first when he defeated Chris Kennedy himself in November 2013. But Chris Kennedy soon came out of nowhere to retie the record with a win against Cyrus Truth at Back in Business XIII. Then he set a new record with his win against Michelle von Horrowitz at Lights Out. The five reigns is tops and the moment it wouldn't appear like anyone is close either. Longest Reign (Matt Boudreau at 656 days) "The Idol" Matt Boudreau achieved the longest reign when he held the title for an incredible 656 days between September 2008 and July 2010. His reign came to a tragic end however when he was forced to vacate the belt due to a terminal illness that left heavy hearts in the wrestling world for a long time to come. Saint Sully has the second longest reign with his reign of 407 days between October 2019 and November 2020, while Gabrielle Montgomery's reign is third with her reign of 363 days between September 2014 and September 2015. Most Combined Days (Cyrus Truth at 795 days) Currently, Cyrus Truth holds the record for most combined days as FWA World Champion with a remarkable 795 days. Chris Kennedy has the second most days as FWA World Champion with a combined total of 716 days. Matt Boudreau's solo reign is behind him at third with 656 days, Gabrielle Montgomery is behind him at fourth 619 combined days, and lastly is Saint Sully with the fifth most combined days of 587.

FWA North American Championship On September 24, Bryan Baxter won the title off of Lizzie Rose in the Main Event of Fallout 22. He would go on to fend of challenges from Lizzie Rose in a rematch, Konchu Hao, Mike Parr, and Chris Crowe. As Baxter approached the record for longest reign held by Mike Parr, the Prodigy wanted one more shot at the title to defend his legacy. On February 22, 2024, Parr and Baxter battled at the North American Showdown in a match that went to the 60 minute time limit. Parr would goad Baxter into five more minutes, which put the show over midnight - and while Parr ended up defeated Baxter for the title, it meant that both men now share the record title length.___________________ ![]() Classic Design ![]() Most Wins (Mike Parr with 5) There was a four way tie for most North American Championship wins with three. Shane McClean was the first person to hit the mark when he defeated Ryan Rondo for the belt in 2014. Thomas Princeton soon followed the next year when he won the vacated belt to earn his third win. Then two years later, "The Beast" Wolf took the belt when he ended what was the longest reign in the title's history by defeating the young Mike Parr and ending his first reign. That win gave Wolf three reigns as well, but they'd soon be joined by another... Following a controversial win where Mike Parr and Krash's feet both touched the ground in a Steel Cage title match, the duo were named Co-Champions and thus Mike Parr had earned his record tying third win. Mike Parr went on to start his fourth reign in 2022, when he won the championship from Johnny Johnson at the 17th Anniversary Show. He then went on to record a fifth reign in 2024, defeating Bryan Baxter in order to claim the championship at a 'North American Showdown' special. Longest Reign (Mike Parr & Bryan Baxter at 454 days) On August 14th 2016, "The Prodigy" Mike Parr beat future Hall of Famer and current champion Chris Kennedy to win what was at the time his second North American title. What we didn't know was, Mike would not go on to lose that title for another 454 days, holding an incredible record that at the amount appears to be unbroken. It's not only the longest run with the North American Championship, but it's the third longest reign out of any championship in FWA History (Just behind Matt Boudreau's 2008-2010 FWA World Championship run at 619 days, and Saint Sully's 2018 to 2019 X-Championship run at 509 days. Wolf's third reign between November 2017 and November 2018 of 360 days is the second longest reign for the North American Championship, while the reign by Drew Stevenson between June 2014 and May 2015 that lasted 342 days is the third longest in the title's history. Most Combined Days (Mike Parr at 634 days) Mike Parr holds the record for the most combined days as champion, having held the belt for 634 days across five reigns. Wolf sits in second place with 602 days across three reigns.

FWA World Tag Team Championships ___________________ ![]() Classic Design ![]() Since then the belts have traded hands many times, but they still remain sought over both by duos who get along and those who do not. Most Wins by a Duo (Vodka and Venom at 5) In 2007 the duo of Ashley O'Ryan and Stu "The Snake" St. Clair formed a team known as Vodka and Venom, and won the tag team titles for the first time that June 17th. What the world didn't know was that these two future Hall of Famers would become the face of the Tag Team division for many years to come. The two of them have successfully held these titles for five distinct reigns, totaling more than anyone in FWA History. Most Wins by a Single Person (Devin Golden, Ashley O'Ryan at 7) That's right, Vodka and Venom member Ashley O'Ryan remains tied at the top for the most solo tag team title reigns out of anyone with a grand total of seven. Other than his five he won with Stu "The Snake" St. Clair, he also won the belts teamin with Hashiish in December 2005, as well as Matthew Ainsworth in March 2006. "The Rotten Gold/The Golden One" Devin Golden tied him at Mile High 2021. He has won the belt with five different partners, the most as Golden Rock (3). Longest Reign (Aut Pax Aut Bellum at 878 days) This accolade is held by another pair of FWA Hall of Famers by the names of Andrew Johnson and Dan Ward...otherwise known as the historic Aut Pax Aut Bellum team. APAB won the belts four different times together, but their most memorable was their reign that began in April 2009 when they defeated Sinful Sensuality (Jenny Ignito and Gabrielle Montgomery) and went on a tear for over two years. They reign finally came to an end at the hands of Duke Drazin and Anthony, but their reign of 878 days is surely longer than anyone has ever or will ever have with these belts again. Most Combined Days (Aut Pax Aut Bellum at 913 days) Despite Vodka and Venom having five reigns to APAB's four, the duo of Dan Ward and Andrew Johnson reigns supreme when it comes to most combined days, mostly due to that incredible 878 day reign they had across 2009 and 2010. This isn't even counting two of APAB's reigns that are left with unrecorded days due to lost records from PWS Forums. Vodka and Venom as a duo have 378 combined days, while Ashley O'Ryan alone has 418 combined days and Stu "The Snake" St. Clair alone has 392 combined days. These four have surely been the faces of the tag team division across FWA History.

FWA X Championship
___________________ ![]() Classic Design ![]() First introduced way back in the fall of 2007, two years after FWA's inception, the X Championship (also known as the X Division Championship) became a staple of hardcore wrestling on TV. Known as one of the most eXtreme belts to own, this title has come with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. Those who hold it are frequently looked at as some of the toughest, bloodiest, most extreme talent on the roster. With that said, winning this belt also frequently results in your health insurance premiums automatically going up fifteen percent. Most Wins (Saint Sully at 4) Despite debuting five years after it's creation, the distinction of Most X Championship Wins goes to Saint Sully, a man who has held the belt four different times. The record was previously held by Ryan Rondo, but was tied by Saint Sully at Back in Business XI. It was two years later when Sully would become the sole holder of the record, when he defeated three other competitors in a ladder match at the start of Back in Business XII. After Rondo, nobody else had held the title for more than two times. This was until J.J. JAY! captured his third X Division Championship on Fallout 002 in the memorable Cosmic Playground Match. Longest Reign (Alyster Black at 520 days) Alyster Black won his first and presently only FWA X Championship on Fallout 007, when he defeated Nate Savage in an X Rules Match. Black would then go on to break Saint Sully's record for the longest reign with the title as he held it until the 2023 King of the Deathmatch tournament, where he was shockingly eliminated in the first round. During his historic reign, Black defended the title against the likes of Gabrielle Montgomery, Shawn Summers, XYZ, Harry the Sane Wizard, Yuna Funanori, Kleio De Santos, Gerald Grayson and Rawrdlow. He also defended the championship against Jason Randall at the 2022 WrestleCon event and against Danny Toner and Chris Peacock inside Thomas Princeton's warehouse on New Year's Eve 2021. Just like the record for most wins, the record for longest reign was previously held by Saint Sully, a feat that essentially made him forever the face of the X Championship in some's perspective. After winning the championship at Back in Business XII, Saint Sully went on to hold the the title for an incredible 509 days before having it controversially stripped away from him by the Fight Night GM at the time Vincent Blackbird. The third longest reign in the belt's history goes to Tristan James Galloway, who held it for 258 days in 2017 and 2018 before losing it to Kevin Cromwell. Tied for fourth for longest reign are the 245 days of "The Golden One" Devin Golden and "Savant" KAIZEN. Golden's long reign was in 2009 and 2010, but in 2015 KAIZEN neared beating it. He and Golden fought in a match at FWA's 10th Anniversary Show on the anniversary of the record being broken, and although Golden won the match, he did not beat Kaizen in time as Kaizen would break the record by a matter of minutes. Most Combined Days (Saint Sully at 831 days) One time called "The King of the X-Division", Saint Sully has the most combined days as champion, having had four distinctive reigns lasting a combined total of 831 magnificent days. To put that into perspective, it's the second longest amount of combined days for any champion right behind the historic tag team duo of Aut Pax Aut Bellum who held their belts for a combined 913 days. Behind Saint Sully at number two is Devin Golden who has a combined 291 days with the belt, and in third place is KAIZEN who has had 276 days with the belt across his two reigns.

FWA Television Championship The FWA Television Championship was announced by Rupert Watkins shortly after he announced Fallout would be leaving the FWA. It is a homage to the FWA World Television Championship that was used decades before on Fight Night. What legacy willthis new title leave behind? Its debut occurred on Fallout: Rebirth in a Six Pack Challenge match, where Shawn Summers emerged triumphantly to become the inaugural champion. Most Wins (Shawn Summers at 2) Currently Shawn Summers is the only person to have won the Television Championship more than once. His two wins with the belt is currently the record. Longest Reign (Shawn Summers at 154 days) Shawn Summers' second reign with the belt is currently the longest at 154 days, with his first reign in second place, lasting exactly three months or ninety two days. Most Combinded Days (Shawn Summers at 246 days) Not only does Shawn Summers have the longest solo reign, but with his second reign he has the most combined days.

FWA Trios Championship The FWA Trios Championships were announced on Meltdown 28 by Jon Russnow, and that summer at Back In Business XVII, there was an open battle royal to determine which pair of three would become the inaugural FWA Trios Champions. Nine different teams competed for it on Night 2 of Back In Business, but it was Bellatrix Bordeaux and The Ravenwood Sisters who would shine victorious. The FWA Trios Championships are unique in that they are the first FWA titles to be held by three different people at once (as opposed to the FWA Tag Team and FWA World Tag Team Championships which both were held by two people respectively). Therefore they require a more unique skillset and the ability to thrive in three on three matches or battle royals. Retired Championships
FWA World Heavyweight Championship ![]() The FWA World Heavyweight Championship was created when the FWA split into two brands for the first time in 2008. A tournament was held on the Crossfire brand to determine the new champion, and the first champion Shawn Cortez won it in the finals at that year's Red, White, and Bruised event. The belt was retired following the merging of the Crossfire and Fight Night brands in 2015, but then brought back at the second revival of Crossfire. This Crossfire revival was short lived however, and the belt was ultimately retired for good at Back in Business XI when it was unified with the more tenured FWA World Championship. Most Wins: (Stu "The Snake" St. Clair at 5) Retired Hall of Famer and legend Stu "The Snake" St. Clair holds the incredible record of most FWA World Heavyweight Championship wins, having held the belt for five different reigns. His fifth historic reign came off defeating the young champion KAIZEN, and he held it until losing the belt to Carnal Contendership winner Cyrus Truth right before the belt was unified and retired. Longest Reign: (Stu "The Snake" St. Clair at 191 days) Just like how he holds the most wins, Stu "The Snake" St. Clair also holds the longest reign. He held the title for a total of 191 straight days during his January 2011 to August 2011 reign. The second longest reign is also held by St. Clair, and it was his September 2008 to February 2009 reign in which he held the title for 139 days. The third, is of course held by St. Clair as well during his March 2009 to June 2009 reign where he held the title for 108 days. Most Combined Days: (Stu "The Snake" St. Clair at 579) That's right. Stu St. Clair has held this belt for 579 incredible days. Nobody is even close to him when it comes to combined days with the title, as Ryan Rondo is in second place with 166 combined days, followed by Devin Golden at 146.

FWA Woman's Championship ___________________ ![]() The FWA Women's Championship was created two years after FWA's inception as a means for the female members of the roster to have a title to call their own. It had a solid ten year run before being retired in 2017 after the amount of females on the roster depleted. Still through it's history there are a lot of memories, good reigns, and nostalgia that come with the belt. Most Wins: (Saddle Sally at 3) Although there are several women who have held the belt two times (Gabrielle, Jenny Ignito, Anyanka, Madison Lea West, Sara Wolf, Bell Connelly, Alana Allure, and Shannon O'Neal) there is only one who's been able to say they won it three different times, and that person is Hall of Fame cowgirl Saddle Sally. Longest Reign: (Bell Connelly at 506 days) Bell Connelly's historic run with the belt between September 2015 and January 2017 came right at the end of the belt's long history, but it truly was a remarkable event. Most Combined Days: (Bell Connelly at 528) With two different reigns, including her 506 day record breaking one, Bell Connelly has the most combined days as champion. Behind her is the former record holder Anyanka with 454 combined days, and then Sara Wolf with her solo 358 day reign.

FWA World Television Championship ___________________ ![]() The FWA Television Championship was considered a premier mid card title when it was created in 2006. However, for it's hype, the title did not have a long lifespan in the fed lasting only seven years before it was retired for good. It also is not considered a "World" title despite having world in its name. Those with it will not be recognized among world champion leaders. However with that said, those to have held this belt still have a unique distinction. Most Wins: (Ewan Edwards and Mac Michaud tied at 2) Ewan Edwards was the first person to win the belt on July 27th 2006, as well as the second person to do it in October of 2007. But it wasn't until Mac Michaud won the belt around the years 2011-2012 that anyone seemed to be able to match what Edwards did. Besides these two, nobody else has held it more than twice. Longest Reign: (Darnell Porter at 346 days) Darnell Porter's reign between August 2009 and July 2010 seemed like it would never end. Porter held the belt for nearly a year before having it vacated that summer. Ewan Edward's second reign with the belt in October 2007 is the second longest at 282 days, while Rocky Creed help the belt in 2009 for 193 days. Most Combined Days: (Ewan Edwards at 350) Darnell Porter's long reign just fell short of passing Ewan Edward's for most combined days, as Edwards ranks on top with 350 days. Porter is in second place with 346 days, while third place would be Rocky Creed and his 193 day solo reign.

Young Lions Championship ___________________ The Young Lions Championship was created in 2009, four years after the inception of FWA, as a way to get newcomers a chance at the gold. It was considered the rookie belt, and lasted for roughly three years before being retired. Nobody has held the belt more than once, so most wins and most combined days are not reconigized in record keeping. Longest Reign: (James "Eyesnsane" Hughes at 148 days) Eyesnsane's 148 day reign is the longest for the Young Lions belt. He held it between January 2011 and June 21st 2011, ultimately losing it to a young Mark Reynolds. Nobody else has held the belt for more than 100 recorded days, as Grizzly Joe is behind Hughes at 73 days, and The Rebel Bad Ass is in third with his 53 day reign.

FWA World Tag Team Championship* ___________________ * Although the currently extant tag team championships are now considered 'world' championships, they take their lineage from the FWA Tag Team Championships as opposed to this belt. The FWA World Tag Team Championships were created in 2009 at the inception of FWA's second brand "Crossfire". They were intended to be that brand's tag team championships. Unfortunately once the brand folded, so did the titles. They were not returned during Crossfire's other runs. Most Wins by a Single Person: ("The Golden One" Devin Golden at 3) While there were only 4 recognized reigns, Devin Golden had three of them. He won the belts with Mike Curtis, Moira Crawford, and Ashley O'Ryan. Longest Reign and Most Combined Days: (The Sons of Liberty at 260 days) While Devin Golden may been apart of three of the four reigns these titles had, it was the one he wasn't apart of that lasted the longest. The Sons of Liberty were a duo formed by Bullseye Johnson and Carmine Reaper, who were able to win the titles and hold them between October 2009 and July 2010. Their 260 day reign was the longest in the belt's history, and also gives the duo the most combined days at 260. Devin Golden's 105 combined days follow in second place.

High Fly Championship ___________________ The High Fly Championship is considered a piece of history being one of FWA's first championship belts. It was won by Genocide on one of the first episodes of FWA TV, who held it 20 days before dropping it to another. The belt was envisioned as a title for high flying risk takers to compete for, but was ultimately retired due to the lack of high flying talent on the roster. It's two year run is remembered by many. Most Wins: (Mike Curtis at 2) Mike Curtis is the only person to have won the High Fly Championship twice. He won the belt in December 2005, and then again a few months later in February 2006. Longest Reign: (Hydro at 68 days) Although it seems short, Hydro's reign of 68 days after beating Nick Arsen in 2006 is the longest in the belt's history. Behind him was the man he beat, Nick Arsen who held the title for 52 days, and in third place was the title's second champion ever Eternity who held it for 51. Being that only Mike Curtis has won the title twice and only has a combined 65 days with the belt, Hydro has the record for most combined days with his one 68 day reign.

Hardcore Championship ___________________ One of the historic original belts introduced at the inception of FWA, the Hardcore Championship was considered to be the toughest title you could get. It featured many hardcore and extreme styled matches such as ladder matches, table matches, and more. The belt lasted two years before ultimately being retired in favor of the X Championship that we know of today. Most Wins: (Tony Juvenile at 2) Tony Juvenile is the only person to have won the title multiple times. He was the 8th champion when he won it the first time in January of 2007, and also the last champion when he won it in April 2007 before the belt was vacated and retired. Longest Reign and Most Combined Days: ("The Inferno" Ryan Hall at 99 days) Although no one managed to crack 100 days with his brutal championship, Ryan Hall came close with 99 days total. His solo reign is not only the longest reign in the title's history, but also more combined days than anyone's had with the title.

FWA Gauntlet Championship ![]() The Gauntlet Championship was created in 2020, and with it came several stipulations involving the belt, who could compete for it, and how often. For starters, any current or former World Champions are not eligible to compete for the championship. Those who win the championship, must do so by submitting a promo that does not exceed 1000 words. After winning it, the title can be cashed in for a shot at the North American Championship but ONLY after five successful defenses. Longest Reign and Most Combined Days (Harry the Sane Wizard at 84 days) Sitting atop with the most days with the belt is Harry the Sane Wizard at 84 days. Harry is the only person to have successfully defended the belt 5 times. With that, Harry also has the most combined days with the title despite only having one reign. Most Wins (Yuna Funanori at 2) Yuna Funanori not only holds the distinction of being the first ever champion, but she holds the distinction also of being the first and only two time champion. Her two Gauntlet Championship wins are a record that, due to the nature of the title, may stand for quite some time.
