Barstool Sports reporter Robbie Fox tweeted: "WWE Crown Jewel could be in trouble. I was just told Reigns is currently injured and that Cena and Bryan are "refusing" to work the show.

"Many on the current WWE roster have expressed concerned with going, as well, but obviously not all of them have the power like Cena/Bryan."

Meltzer also claims that the event is now in jeopardy, and definitely less likely to happen than it seemed last week. The tickets to Crown Jewel were meant to go on sale Friday, and apparently they still haven’t.

Well if he pulls out, I think others will do it too and the fact that tickets are'nt for sale yet is odd.

makes sense to me, from both business and personal aspects. Cena probably doesn't wanna be associated with any of this given his new found celebrity status and Bryan seems like the type of person to pull out of an event like this because of personal disinterest.

Cena pulling out isn't as much of a hit as Bryan tho, as weird as it sounds. Because while Cena's in a multi man match and therefor easily replaceable or removable, if Bryan doesn't wanna go then they'd have to find a new #1 contender for Styles or just scrap the WWE title from the show all together

The reason this sounds fake is that John Cena will always back the company for the sake of bettering the brand. I can believe that Daniel Bryan would refuse to work though, but not John.
