After listening to Dusty Rhodes theme for hours, it hit me that WWE still try to push second, and third gen superstars by comparing them to their previous family. Guys like Cody Rhodes, Curtis Axel, Tamina, Uso's, Reigns. None of these have really got over for being related to past stars. Cody has never been near the same spotlight of his father, or really surpassed his brother. Curtis is a laughing stock. Tamina is just as bad, the Uso's and Reigns have actually managed to get over without needing to pull of their family.

Which begs the point. Should WWE still enforce next generation wrestlers? Or should they just hire like most other NXT guys, who are given strict trials and hired for talent, not family.

Give all talent the same opportunities.

Give people a chance and they will get over.

Agree'd. I normally don't like Scott and Cody Hall, but the fact Cody is going off to Japan to finally make his name is great, even if it is some Cody Hall Bullet Club scheme.

Well, I don't think they should stop pushing/hiring 2nd generation superstars altogether or anything, but yeah, they should treat them like they treat any other wrestler.

Yeah, everyone should be treated the same and everyone should be given a chance to make it.

Look at the superstar's/divas talent, not their bloodline.
