We scratched and clawed our way to another 7 votes this month. And those last couple of ballots pushed Roy Mustang over the top and gets him back on top of the BTB universe. That's Roy's record extending 14th BTBOTM award. And with WrestleMania's Night 1 and 2 coming this month, it could be another great month for Roy next time we do one of these things!
