ESPN.com is reporting that UFC champion and former Wrestlemania headliner Brock Lesnar has signed to face Shane Carwin at the 7/3 UFC 116 PPV in Las Vegas. UFC has not made an official announcement.

Carwin vs. Lesnar was set last year before Brock was sidelined by a number of health issues.

That is going to be a stand up war for sure. Carwin is going to be looking for the 1st round KO to keep his streak going and Lesnar is just going to want to have the best performance possible coming off his major injury/medical issue.

Both have a similar style I think. The only way Carwin can win this fight is if he can keep Brock away with quick step in, throw a punch, step out and slowly wear Brock down.
