Former Impact World Champion Brian Cage has signed a multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling, according to SoCal Uncensored.

Cage became a free agent after his Impact Wrestling contract expired. Earlier tonight at Impact's Hard to Kill, he got squashed by Rob Van Dam.

He almost appeared at the first Casino Battle Royale at AEW's Double or Nothing but was prevented by Impact officials.

Since making his 2004 debut, Cage wrestled in several promotions like AAA, Lucha Underground, Pro Wrestling Noah, and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.

There is no word yet on when Brian Cage will make his AEW debut.
So yeah, this kind of sucks, but hopefully he does something of meaning in AEW.

While Brian could make a splash if he was signed in AEW, this is fake Mews.

This is wonderful news. Was really worried about losing Melissa from the Twitch streams. Getting to still watch Cage for a while is a cool bonus too

Meanwhile I've just found out Melissa Santos is married to Brian Cage. Touche Brian Cage. Touche.

Yeah I'm happy to see him still with Impact for now, but at the same time he Torn his Biceps before Hard to Kill so he'll be out for Months which is going to hurt Impact greatly going forward.

Honestly I don't believe Melissa. Literally all of 2019 has been people signing somewhere, it being reported, and them screaming fake news, only to then show up two weeks later. As far as I'm concerned I've seen dozen of "Cage to AEW" reports and zero "Cage Stays in Impact" reports, so I'd put my money on it being legit

Whether he is or isn't going there isn't the issue here. I just wanna make sure we don't lose Melissa from the Twitch streams on Impact. That's all that is important here

Did you see today's Impact? Melissa sounded mad when fans brought it up
No, I skipped it because it was one of those weird recap/dark/whatever else shows that are all over the place, so I decided to go get food instead. I can pretty much picture that though, seeing how she reacts to certain other things and by judging from the tone she had in that Tweet.

Melissa's Twitch chat was the best part of the show. I don't think Impact has been that good lately

Agree and disagree. Impact has been really great lately (minus all the recap shows over the past month). Hard to Kill was a really good PPV, Wrestler's Court was hilarious, and guys like Eddie, Ace, and the Rascalz have been killing it. But yes, agree that Melissa on Twitch is one of the best parts of Impact

My favorite part is usually Johnny Swinger of the actual show. I wish Moose and Eddie Edwards would go back to the top babyfaces
