Breaking Bad: One of the best Drama's of ALL TIME.

I'll start off by saying I didn't watch the show during its original run. watched it the first time on Netflix back in 2018 on Netflix, and became hooked FAST. The storyline, the action, the drama, and just everything about it had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen with Walter White and Jesse Pinkman next.

For those who don't know, this is the basis of the show.

Set in Albuquerque, New Mexico, between 2008 and 2010, Breaking Bad follows Walter White, a meek high school chemistry teacher who transforms into a ruthless player in the local methamphetamine drug trade, driven by a desire to provide for his family after being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer.

So, for all of you who's seen the show, what is your opinion on it? What is your favorite episode? favorite moment?​

decent show. Very good on first watch. Not as rewatchable as others (Sopranos for example) I've found.

Favorite episode would be ozymandias and favourite moment would the end of season four where he 'wins'.

Quite a few episodes I've missed, but I generally liked this show. I liked the spinoff as well.

Skipped the movie because I never liked Jesse Pinkman

I'd also say I like Better Call Saul more than I like Breaking Bad.

And I agree with Deezy I didn't like Pinkman at all. And HATED skylar.

Easily one of my top shows, I'd disagree that it's worse on a rewatch too bc on my first watch all I thought was "overrated" for at least the entire first season, but now I love rewatching all those early episodes knowing what's to come

Only seen it once all the way through. I think its excellent, but does take a bit of getting into. Sklar grew on me the more I watched it. I think she has quite a nice little arc and enjoy the stuff with her helping to run the biz. My one complaint is that they sandbagged her character a bit in the final season. The finale to the series was really compelling. I'd say the end of S4 was the high point. Will be interesting if I feel the same way as some of you on a re-watch. Liked BCS a lot too.

Definitely one of the greatest shows of all time. Literally perfect writing and acting. So many quotable lines. The people who made this show deserve all the praise.
