At first I thought Smackdown gt reamed (this was before SDL and after RAW).
They stripped out most of the interesting characters like Alexa Bliss, Bray and The Miz. I thought AJ was gonna go as well but with John Cena going AFK well I expect him to be the top baby.
Miz for KO is a decent trade for top heel, similar deal with Charlotte for Alexa (SD might have got the better deal there). Same with Miz and KO.
Jericho is going AFK next month AFAIK and with RAW being the Roman Reigns/Brock/Seth/Strowman show KO to SD makes a lot of sense.
Expect AJ to transition to babyface, he is to popular and got a big pop on the show. SD also picked up Shinsuke so a AJ and Shinsuke is a possible 5 star match.
They lost Cena which I can live with hence why AJ probably stayed.
Overall I think SDL came out ahead, the Cena loss was inevitable and its not like he went to RAW. New Day is another bonus s its 3 more bodies for single matches as well.
Picking up Sami Zayn is also great. He needs rebuilt but I expect him to be number 2 or 3 baby face, KO is the new Miz. Not sure on who heel 2 and 3 will be (Orton?). Charlotte obviously for the women.
Also the shield is all on one show.
The SD live bodies going to RA though are further down the card IMHO and may struggle compared to their previous spots. The exception is Alexa Bliss. Miz should be OK, workhorse heel role perhaps. Hopefully they will get some good booking (Miz, Bray, Alexis).
