NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A 13-year-old boy from a New Orleans suburb was charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 5-year-old half-sister after investigators said he told them he repeatedly struck her with wrestling moves imitated from TV.

I honestly think it is the parents fault and they should be charged. A good parent would know that their child is not stable enough to watch a show like that. Where were they when this was going on btw? I mean seriously. My brother tried this on me when we were younger and my dad whooped his ass with a belt. He never tried it on me again.
