I don't even need a post here, it's pretty simple.
For me: Boxing.

MMA easily. Boxing gloves are huge and MMA gloves are small. Boxing gloves are more for comfort. So it would hurt worse in MMA.

MMA is better for me I really don't watch either but if I had to choose it would be MMA. Boxing all they do is go around in cirlces around each other and hit each and the last fight I saw the other guy was caught cheating and he got destroyed by his opponent.

MMA imo.

As boxing is just using hands (biting off ears sometimes too :shifty: ) but anyway, its boring to watch two people punching all the time, no take downs and no kicking. (kickboxing is better than boxing).

MMA has all the things you are looking for in a bout. kicking, grabling, boxing, Jujistu, and other wrestling and martial arts as well. Submissions are also available not only KOs as in boxing.

So yes, MMA all the way.

Boo, you guys suck :shifty:
Boxing is far more exciting to me. I prefer that over what can sometimes be 5 minutes of nothing. Guys just literally laying and tugging on eachtoher. I don't find that exciting. I find boxing looks better, and has more action. I guess that's (figuratively and literally, lol) just me though.

I love to watch a fight in general. Boxing has always been a favorite of mine as when I was a kid. But recently, since UFC started back in 1993 and have been an avid fan since. I chose MMA cause it's hot right now, and my favorite too.

^^Pretty much same with me.

I've been brought up watching boxing and I still like it to this day and even though I can't deny that UFC is far more entertaining 75% of the time, both are equally as good in my eyes.

The only downside I have with boxing is it's so hard to follow. The UFC is easy to follow, like the wwe in a sense, because it's an organization. A certain amount of guys in the company, and they fight eachother, on their own PPV's.
In Boxing, there's no Brand or comapny they belong to. They just have to have a company like the WBC, IBF, WBA, WBO to sanction the fight, and away they go. But there's thousands of fighters, and alot of fights are televsied, soem not even on PPV, cause there's so many.
It's kinda hard to follow, but I do enjoy it.

^^Agreed.

In England it's slightly different because there are a select few fighters (Hatton, Khan, Haye, Froch and Calzaghe before he retired) who are mainly followed over here and it's hyped quite a lot but then other than De La Hoya, Mayweather, Pacquiao, the Klitczko bros and older guys like Jones Jr and Mike Tyson no-one else is really known over here and fights are hard to see so I tend to stick to watching just those fighters but it would be better if it was like WWE or UFC where more guys get exposure.

But yeah, more often than not I enjoy a good ol' boxing match as long as they don't do all the pissing about and just put on an entertaining fight.

British boxers rule. Hatton rules (hopefully he kills Pacman), Khan has a good future, and Haye will hopefully save the heavyweight division from all those damn russians.

This one was easy.

MMA totally. Boxing will eventually get phased out by MMA solely because boxing is part of MMA. The PPV with Lashley was even half boxing-half MMA, now that is saying something.

Boxing won't be phased out. If anything were to be phased out because of MMA, it would be wrestling. In Europe, boxing is massive, way more popular than the UFC or any MMA. In North America, MMA is mroe popular, because of boxings bad heavyweight division, but boxing is still popular. But boxing is more popular, by far, worldwide, than MMA is.
That doesn't really matter though, because all I'm asking is which you like better, and you like MMA, which is cool. But don't think boxign will be "phased out" any time soon.
