Promos blast off and the camera spans around the roaring crowd. Signs saying "Screw Kash!", "LETS GO...KENDO!", and "I'm CHARLIES WIFE!" are seen.
Wait and Bleed by Slipknot hits the arena and Tyrus Helms steps out onto the stage and makes his way down to the ring.
Jessica Lock: Standing in at six feet and three inches weighing in at two hundred and fifty-five pounds from Sacramento, California, Tyrus Helms!
Josh Hart: Ladies and Gentlmen here comes the current IWF Money In The Bank Contract holder.
Kerry Lane: That can all change here tonight in this match up.
Encore by Jay-Z and Linkin Park hits the arena and MNM steps out onto the stage and makes his way down to the ring.
Jessica Lock: Standing in at six feet even weighing in at two hundred and thirty pounds from Newcastle, England, Mike Nigel Manase!
Kerry Lane: Big match right here Josh, MNM gets a shot to win the most valuable prize in the IWF right now, the Money in the Bank contract.
Josh Hart: Any way we know how much both men want this contract.
Tyrus Helms
vs.
MNM
Bell Sounds: Helms and MNM talk some trash, as the referee signals for them to begin. MNM and Helms get in each other’s faces, as MNM slaps Helms, hard. Helms’ head turns back at the slap, and he touches his cheek with his hand as he looks back at MNM. Helms slaps MNM unexpectedly, and smirks as MNM turns back to look at him, furious. MNM throws a big right hand, but Helms ducks and connects with two right hands to the jaw of MNM. MNM stumbles back a little from the attack, and throws another right hand at Helms, who again ducks, and connects with the same two right hands. MNM stumbles back a little more this time, as a cocky smile grows on Helms’ face. MNM, now beyond furious, throws a third right hand. Just like before, Helms’ ducks the right hand, and throws a single right of his own. MNM this time, however, catches Helms off guard, and grabs his arm, and executes a near flawless delayed arm drag on his opponent. Helms falls to the mat hard, as MNM continues to hold the same arm, and connects with a leg double leg drop across the neck and stomach of Helms, locking in a tight arm lock straight after. Helms yells in pain as the pressure is applied, but scurries over enough to get his foot on the bottom rope. MNM breaks the hold, and pops up to his feet, a cocky smile on his face. Helms gets to one knee by the ropes, and MNM rushes him, diving at him looking to drive his feet into his foes skull. Helms rolls under MNM towards the centre of the ring, as MNM lands on the second rope, and springboards himself into the air. MNM turns mid air and looks for a cross body on the half standing half kneeling Helms, but Helms again rolls out of the path of MNM, forcing him to crash and burn centre of the ring.
Kerry Lane: Wow! Both of these men seem so evenly matched!
Josh Hart: Will make for a great match Kerry, I really cant tell who’s going to come out on top of this one!
Both Helms and MNM get to their feet at the same rate, and basically stare each other down, the crowd strongly behind the match. The two lock up centre of the ring, and Helms is quick to lock in a side head lock. Helms pushes MNM into the ropes and takes him down with a stern shoulder barge. Helms races off into the ropes as MNM gets to his feet, leap frogs the approaching Helms, and connects with a back elbow on his foe as Helms bounces off the ropes for a second time. Helms gets to his feet, but MNM grabs him and tosses him into the corner. MNM connects with two right hands, and follows it up by whipping Helms to the far turnbuckle. Helms slams into the turnbuckle, as MNM rushes him, and connects with a running clothesline in the corner. MNM steps back as Helms stumbles towards him, as MNM delivers a kick to the stomach and sets up his foe for the Manase Effect, a DDT. Helms realises this, and counters by grabbing him arm and twisting his body into a hammerlock. Helms applies a little pressure, but quickly sets up MNM for a inversed DDT, and connects. Both men lie motionless in the centre of the ring as they attempt to recover, the referee beginning his ten count. Six … seven … eight, the count reaches until both Helms and MNM get to their feet. Helms rushes MNM and throws a right hand, but MNM ducks, and locks his arms around the waist of his opponent, and pops his hips for a german suplex. MNM keeps his arms locked, and drags both himself and Helms to their feet, and connects for a second german. MNM, unrelenting, drags Helms to his feet again, arms still locked for a third german suplex. Helms, almost a lifeless mass, musters up some strength and connects with two stiff right elbows to the skull of MNM, and forces him to break his grip. Helms stumbles forwards as MNM stumbles backwards, but MNM quickly regains himself, and approaches Helms once more. Helms turns and faces MNM and slams him onto his back with a powerful STO. Both men hit the mat hard, but MNM takes the full force of the attack, and attempts to get back to his feet, but in unsuccessful. Helms manages to get to his feet, painfully slowly, and grabs MNM. Helms pulls MNM to his feet, and quickly sets up and connects with a vertical suplex, and goes for his patterned Three Amigos and Jackhammer. Helms manages to connect with a second vertical suplex, and for a second time pulls MNM to his feet. Helms throws MNM overhead for a third suplex, but MNM turns midair and lands on his feet behind Helms. At the same time, Helms connects with a back elbow on MNM, as MNM delivers a clubbing blow to the spine of MNM. MNM stumbles backwards as Helms stumbles forwards and turns side on to MNM. Both men see an opportunity to capitalise, and attempt to super kick the other. Both men connect, and both men fall to the mat after taking a violent boot to the face. The referee begins his count one … two … three … four … five … six … seven … eight … nine … but the count just stops, as Helms and MNM make it to a one knee and a foot.
Kerry Lane: This is just how much that contract means to these men, willing to put their bodies on the line like this.
Josh Hart: Exactly right Kerry, and you need guts, and one seriously big right hand to make it in this industry!
Both men get to two feet and fall forward onto each other, only for a moment. MNM pushes Helms off him and into the ropes, who bounces off the ropes, and ducks a right hand from MNM. Helms fluently grabs MNMs head and connects with a neckbreaker, throwing an arm over him for a pin one …. two ….. but no, MNM gets his shoulder up. Helms gets back to his feet slowly, and awaits MNM to get to his. MNM does, slowly, and Helms is ready to attack, grabbing MNM for his patterned Muscle buster into a rear naked choke combo. MNM slips out of Helms’ grip, and shoves him off. As Helms approaches again, MNM from nowhere, connects with a Rock Bottom. Both men go down to the mat, and MNM quickly covers Helms one … two …..but no, Helms gets his shoulder up. MNM drags Helms to his feet and kicks Helms in the stomach. In a fluid movement, MNM scoops Helms onto his shoulder for his finisher, a running power slam Manase Power slam. MNM connects, centre of the ring and covers Helms one … two … but no, Helms gets his shoulder up, just.
Kerry Lane: Looks like Helms wont be giving up his MITB contract that easily.
MNM, shocked, delivers a stiff boot to the face of Helms, flat on his back, and makes his way to the apron. MNM makes his way up onto the top turnbuckle, and smirks before launching himself into the air. He connects with a frog splash, centre of the ring and covers Helms one … two … but again, Helms gets his shoulder up. MNM, now furious, pulls Helms to his feet. Helms breaks the hold on MNM, but MNM drives his foot into the stomach of his opponent once more, and connects with his finisher the Manase Effect, a DDT. MNM hooks both legs of Helms and covers him for a third time one … two … three.
Winner of the match, via pinfall: MNM.

Widow gets JJJ in the middle of the ring and stomps on JJJ’s leg twice. JJJ grabs his leg in pain, as JJJ grabs his leg Widow moves over to the other leg and attempts to apply a leg lock but JJJ releases his other leg and kicks Widow in the face with it.
Kerry Lane: Stiff kick to the face by JJJ.
Widow staggers back and JJJ limps to his feet. Widow extends his leg and goes for a spinning leg kick to the face but it doesn’t connect and JJJ ducks under the leg. Widow spins around twice and then comes to a halt but is dizzy and staggers around. JJJ moves towards Black Widow and hits an uppercut to the face, Widow staggers back and nearly falls over again but doesn’t. JJJ hits another uppercut to the Widow and Widow staggers back and leans on the ropes to keep his balance. JJJ grabs Widow by the arm and whips him across the ropes, Widow stumbles a little bit but eventually bounces back off the ropes and into a back body drop by JJJ. JJJ screams out and then hits a clothesline on Widow who just got back up.
Kerry Lane: JJJ is building momentum.
Josh Hart: Not looking good for the black freak.
JJJ hits another clothesline to the Widow. Widow staggers back to his feet and into JJJ’s arms, JJJ spins Widow and hits a german suplex but keeps the arms hooked. Backstage
In the basement, a jaundiced light fills the room, giving off a sickly glow.
Unknown Voice: Pain is temporary, glory is eternal...
The sound of a whip meeting flesh is heard as the camera turns around to see Thosth on his knees, his back ragged and bloody with scourge marks. An unknown man wearing an ibis mask on his head stands over Thoth holding a black, snaky whip.
Unknown Man: Do you think that I enjoy this? Do you think that I want to do this to you?
Thoth: No Ra...
The whip sails through the air and cracks on Thoths back, evoking a groan of pain
Ra: Finally something you did right. I do thi sbecause you're weak, because you are a constant failure.
I never wanted this for you. I never wished that you would attempt such a pedestrian pursuit. You were brilliant Thoth, and you threw it all away to choose this path.
Despite that this is not what I would've chosen for you I supported you in your decision to show my love for you.
I am your God Thoth, I created you, I gave you life, and love, and you spat in my face with your failures.
Thoth: I'm sorry Ra...
Ra again brings the whip up and scourges Thoth another time
Ra: DO NOT SPEAK UNLESS SPOKEN TO!
Another lash and Thoth visibly makes an effort to fight back the pain
Ra: Look at you now. Fighting your pain, dulling your emotions. You're catching on far faster than I thought you would. Soone enough all that will be left of you is raw hatred and anger. That hatred will be what saves you Thoth. That and of course, complete obediency to myself and the cause.
Thoth, are you prepared to dedicate yourself to me? Your protector, your inspiration, your only God?
Thoth: I supplicate myself before you Ra. Do with me what you will, I am your servant. Lead me to the promised land.
Ra raises the whip again, but stops short as he recognizes the resolve on Thoth's face, and the icy clam in his eyes. He lowers the whip and grins at Thoth
Ra: We're already on our way. So long as you continue to heed my commands, we'll get there very soon...
*end scene*
Lane: Oh my gosh what was that all about!? There crazy!
Hart: Wow that was some insane stuff, Thoth looks to be back and ready, watch out IWF.
**The IWF Official theme song plays to stall some time. It then ends**

Kerry Lane: Dont like him, never did, but he's got talent and if he can pull this one off tonight he'll get an IWF title shot.

Kendo leans against the ropes to catch his breath still holding his chest. Wayne makes it back to his feet and Kendo meets him with a low kick to the shins of Wayne. Wayne bends over and Kendo sends him to the mat with a sharp uppercut. Kendo takes the time to recover and than makes his way over to Wayne. Kendo grabs Wayne by his hair and pulls him back to his feet. Wayne still a little dazed from the uppercut attempts to fight back and manages to get a few licks in on Kendo, but Kendo is able to plant Wayne on the mat with a reverse STO. Wayne is down and out in the middle of the ring and Kendo makes the cover, but Wayne is able to kick out at two. Wayne makes it back to his feet just as Kendo does and Wayne levels Kendo down to the mat with a quick hardhitting cresent kick to the lowerjaw. Wayne makes the cover, but Kendo is ready to give in just yet. Wayne guides Kendo back to his feet, but Kendo catches Wayne with a jawbreaker. Kendo makes it back to his feet and plants Wayne on the mat with a very impressive windmill kick. Wayne is down on the mat and Kendo guides him back to his feet and plants him on the mat with the Balboa Drop. Wayne is down and out for the three count, but Kendo wants to secure the victory and guides Wayne back to his feet and connects with the The Kendo Buster in the middle of the ring. Kendo and Wayne both hit the mat and Kendo crawls over to Wayne and hooks the legs as the ref makes the three count.

Pain by Three Days Grace hits the arena as the arena goes black. Green pryo's emit from the stage followed by green lights filling the arena. James Kash steps out onto the stage and makes his way down to the ring as Money falls down to the ramp.
Jessica Lock: Standing in at six feet and five inches weighing in at two hundred and seventy-five pounds from Lake Jackson, Texas, James "The Future" Kash.
Josh Hart: Ladies and Gentlemen your so lucky that IWF Undisputed Champion graced your presence here tonight and now he's going to beat down RJC Cool.
Kerry Lane: Well RJC Cool can hold his own and where going to see who the better man is tonight.
Bell Sounds: Kash and Cool circle each other in the ring, and both men lock up, in a test of strength. Cool slips behind Kash and connects with a neckbreaker, starting the pace for the match. Cool quickly gets to his feet and grabs Kash, who is to a knee, and pulls him to his feet. Cool pushes Kash into the ropes and whips him across the ring, and connects with a running clothes line on his foe, as he bounces off the ropes. Cool, still with mounts of momentum, pulls Kash to his feet once more but is caught off guard as Kash connects with an impressive, and fluent standing dropkick on him. Cool hits the mat hard as Kash straddles him, pounding away with vicious rights and lefts. The referee can’t do anything, as Kash attempts to beat the life out of his opponent, the clubbing blows continuing. Kash finally shows some mercy and rolls off Cool, and gets to his feet. Cool makes it to his, slowly, but is taken down violently when Kash connects with an implant DDT, centre of the ring. Kash covers Cool for a quick win but only receives a two count. Kash, not wasting any time, rolls to the outside, and searches under the ring for a weapon. Moments later Kash emerges from under the ring, a smirk on his face, and a steel chain in hand. Kash turns to the crowd with the steel chain, an evil laugh escaping his mouth, but is quickly silenced as Cool slams him into the steel surroundings with a running slide kick to the back. Kash goes face first into the steel, and stumbles back into the ring apron. Cool rolls out of the ring and snatches the steel chain from Kash, and wraps it around his hand. Cool throws a big right hand at Kash, who ducks the attack, and pushes Cool into the ring post, face first. Cool’s forehead slams into the steel painfully, as he crumbles to the mats, and as Kash grabs the steel chain from him. Kash slowly wraps the steel chain around his hand, a sadistic look on his face, and suddenly throws two right hands down into the spine of RJC Cool. Each blow earns a painful scream from Cool, and a sick, twisted smile from Kash. Kash grabs his challenger and rolls him into the ring, but decides to not cover him. Instead, Kash grabs Cool, and hoists him to his feet, talking trash to him, in the corner. Kash tosses Cool against the turnbuckle and unloads with more rights and lefts.
Kerry Lane: This could come back to haunt Kash Josh, not attempting to get the pin right there.
Josh Hart: Oh please Kerry, James knows what he is doing!
Kash whips Cool across the ring to the far turnbuckle, and follows it up with a clothes line from hell in the corner. Cool stumbles from the corner to the centre of the ring, as Kash hits an impressive belly to belly suplex on him. Sick of wrestling, Kash rolls out of the ring, and grabs the steel steps. He tosses them over the top ropes into the ring, and goes under the ring once more. This time Kash pulls out a steel chair, and slides into the ring with it. He smirks, as he taps the mat waiting for Cool to get to his feet, lining him up like a batsman does in baseball. Kash lets out a short sadistic laugh as Cool gets to his feet and turns towards him, Kash cracking the steel chair down across the skull of his challenger. The impact is disturbing, as the chair bends, and Cool collapses, centre of the ring. Kash holds the chair in front of him, looking at the large dent and the small splatter of blood on it, before tossing it to the corner. He then examines the bleeding RJC Cool, and straddles him once more. He unloads with more violent right hands to a motionless Cool, ensuring he gets as much of the blood on his fists as possible, before rolling off him, and grabbing the steel steps. Kash places them in the centre of the ring, and taunts the crowd with a typical Orton pose. The crowd boos louder, as Kash grabs Cool, and pulls him to his feet. After a deep knee to the stomach, Kash hoists Cool onto his shoulders, and walks to the steel steps.
Kerry Lane: Oh god no! Not a Down Payment onto the steel steps, please!
Josh Hart: Its too late for RJC Cool now Kerry, Kash has his mind set on ending this young man’s career!
Kash smirks, and throws Cool from his shoulders for his finisher the Down Payment. However before Kash can execute it, Cool lands on his feet on the steel steps, surprising James. Kash turns and is caught by Cool, who connects with a sick DDT on Kash, onto the steel steps, Cool managing to land beside the steps. The counter drives the crowd into a craze, as Cool and Kash both lay motionless in the ring, blood trickling from both their foreheads. The crowd slowly settles, as Cool and Kash show signs of life. Both men get to their feet, but Cool takes control of the match as he grabs the steel chair, and swings it at Kash’s head, connecting with a stiff chair shot to the head. Kash doesn’t quite fall from his feet, and this drives Cool to toss the chair behind him, and to set up Kash for his Cool plant. Cool forces Kash’s head between his legs, and lifts him onto his shoulders, as he connects with it tossing Kash forwards onto his face, into the steel chair again. The crowd again pops at the move, as Cool rolls over Kash and covers him desperately one … two … but no, Kash gets his right shoulder up, just. Cool, a little shocked, gets up to spaghetti legs, and pulls a sore and bleeding Kash to his. He connects with two right elbows to the face of the champion, before he grabs him and connects with an RKO he calls the RJC. Cool, not quite satisfied with how much the champion has suffered, goes to the top rope, and awaits his challenger and champion, James Kash. Kash gets to his feet so very slowly, holding his head as he gets to his feet. Cool launches himself into the air as Kash begins to face him, and dives right onto him for a cross body. Kash manages to catch Cool however, and hold him across his chest, as the crowd quietens in an instant. Kash, a bloody mess, throws Cool up onto his shoulders, and throws Cool into the air for a second Down Payment. Cool again counters this one, and lands on his feet in front of Kash. Kash, instinctively throws a right hand, that Cool ducks and races into the ropes. Cool bounces off the ropes and rushes at Kash from behind, diving over him for a The Rolling Cool, an over head stunner. Kash however throws Cool in front of him onto his back before he can connect, and drops to one knee. Kash gets back to his feet as Cool approaches him. Kash grabs Cool and connects with a big body slam on him, centre of the ring. Kash grabs Cool and pulls him to his feet, and goes for a second one, however this time Cool slips from Kash’s grip, and lands behind him. Cool sets up, and connects with his finisher, and Osaka Street Cutter he calls the RJC Plant. RJC falls to his side, wasted of all energy as Kash falls to his back, a bloody, motionless mess. The crowd chants for RJC to make the cover, but nothing can help him get to the champion any quicker. Cool slowly and painfully crawls to the champion, and throws a single arm across him for the cover one … two …. But no, Kash just gets his shoulder up.
Kerry Lane: Oh good god Josh, how close was that!
Cool, shocked, begins to get to his feet, making it slowly to one knee, then to one knee and a foot, as an unrecognisable man makes his way calmly down the ramp way, towards the ring. RJC gets to his feet and spots the man, but he takes little notice of him. RJC goes to face back at Kash, until the man hops over the guard rail, and makes his way into the crowd. RJC looks at the man, dumbfounded, before he notices the man grab a young lady, and begins to pull her from the crowd. RJC spots the man pulling the lady from the crowd and up the ramp, and goes to step out from the ring. However, Kash grabs him, and hoists him onto his shoulders for a third time. Cool, completely caught off guard, watches the man and woman intently as Kash connects with his finisher, the Down Payment, in the centre of the ring. Kash rolls over Cool and drives his forearm into his face for a pin one … two … three.
Winner and Still IWF Undisputed Champion: James Kash
Jessica Lock: Ladies and Gentlenmen your winner of the match via pinfall, and still IWF Undisputed Champion: James Kash.
Post Match: After the match, EMTs rush the ring, as the cell is raised to the rafters. The EMTs help both Kash and Cool onto a stretcher each, and begin to wheel them away from the ring. Cool however, refuses the help as they make it to the bottom of the ramp, and steps off the stretcher, determined to follow the masked man and the young lady. The EMTs attempt to get him back onto the stretcher, but Cool tosses them aside, and stumbles hopelessly up the ramp way, falling to his knees. An EMT throws an arm around Cool and assists him up the ramp to the back, his blood now down his face and chest. Cool and the EMT stumble backstage, where a camera man follows. Cool makes his way to the garage area out back, where he spots the man dumping the lady into the trunk of a fine car, and steps into the back seat. Cool attempts with all his might to chase the car, but stumbles two steps in and falls to his knees, as the EMT checks on him once more.
The scene fades out to black, as Cool reaches out for the car as the EMT attempts to get Cool back to his feet, as a video package begins to play. The video package is of Montana, one of the most influential men in the IWF from the previous season.

Tyrus Helms
vs.

Maggot walks over toward the apron and climbs onto the outside. Maggot climbs onto the top turnbuckle and then eventually to the top rope. Maggot stands on the ropes and then launches off of them toward the table. Maggot puts his back down and attempts a senton splash. Byrne rolls off the table and Maggot crashes back first into the table and the canvas. Byrne remains motionless and so does Maggot after going through the table. After about a minute Byrne gets back to his feet and the Maggot is trying to get back to his feet but is concealing a garbage can lid. Byrne is up and walks over to Maggot. Byrne puts his hand on Maggot’s shoulder and the Maggot connects with the garbage can lid to the face of Byrne, Byrne bounces off the ropes and Maggot gets back onto his feet. Maggot catches Byrne and puts Byrne on his shoulders. Maggot is about to slam Byrne back to the canvas but as Maggot does that Byrne has both of his hands on Maggot’s head, wrapped around. Maggot slams Byrne on his ass and Maggot get’s slammed in the jaw, Maggot stands on his feet and then falls down in the middle of the ring. Byrne grabs his ass and covers quickly without the leg hooked.

RJC Cool
Hell In A Cell
James Kash
vs.
RJC Cool
