At last night's TNA house show in Lake Charles, Booker T returned and faced TNA heavyweight champion Rob Van Dam. More shortly.

We are seeking a report from the show.

Personally I'll wait to believe this, knowing Booker's ego I find it hard to believe he'd return at a house show. Also kind of think he just made an appearance, he's from Houston, and with TNA being in TX/La right now it wouldn't be surprising.

James Straton sent word that former WCW and WWE World champion
Booker T just came out to challenge Rob Van Dam for the TNA championship at the TNA house showin Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Austin sent the following details....The main event was supposed to be RVD vs AJ Styles. They said that AJ was running late cuz his flight was detoured to Houston. They did the big 10 count and at 9 Booker T came out to face RVD.

Meh, he was incredibly lackluster when he was there. Hoping for a much better run.

Wouldn't someone like Booker T command a fairly high salary? I like Booker T and think he's underrated to a level that's uncomfortable but when you're trimming roster fat this doesn't make sense.

On Friday night at TNA Wrestling's live event tour date in Lake Charles, Louisiana, AJ Styles was unable to appear due to travel issues to face TNA World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam. However, BOOKER T made a huge surprise appearance to face RVD in the main event!

When TNA comes to your hometown, don't miss it - because you never know what could happen at a TNA Wrestling Live Event!

That's straight from TNA's website. He's not back. It was just an appearance since AJ wasn't there. Considering it was Booker's hometown, they couldn't have been that bummed that he couldn't show.

I wouldn't be shocked if that's storyline and he does come in.

TNA would not blow a Booker T return at a live event. They will do anything for people to watch iMPACT!

Sure it might be a return that was not advertised, like it always is, catch alot of people off guard and not make any sense, but it would be on TV.

Then again TNA is not smart. They probably would blow a big return like this at a live event.

For the record I still want him in WWE, and not as King Booker.

Yeah the King Booker shit was stale. He should go back to his original character, return to WWE, and feud with Christian or something.

He wont be returning to WWE, he was in negotiations shortly after leaving TNA but he wanted too high a salary than what WWE wanted to pay him along with a schedule similar to What Michaels and Undertaker got/gets.

Booker T is past his prime atm. I wouldnt mind seeing him, unless he trys to help put over the future youth talent within TNA.

Having him debut at a live event and then hyping his return to iMPACT makes much more sense.
