Booker/Roode has lost steam

I loved this fued when it first started out, but now it has lost steam and getting the women involved in the match at Lockdown didnt help. TNA should have just kept this rivalry short, that way we get a nice payoff and both workers can move on to something else. Instead, they kept it going since January and its gotten old. Besides, Booker T and Robert Roode dont really work well together in the ring, so they should have put them in some type of no DQ match at Destination X and just end it there. Then they could have used Booker and Roode in the Lethal Lockdown match.

Anyway, the bottom line is this fued is just dragging on and on and its pretty boring now. Hopefully the match at Lockdown is good but with the women now involved in it, I highly doubt that it will.

Did it ever have steam? Seriously TNA flopped on Booker T, he should of started off and remained heel, teaming with Angle and helping the Angle Alliance, then when he has steam he can turn his back on Angle and they can fight with the title on the line possibly in a triple threat with Samoa Joe. Then Joe wins the title leaving Angle and Booker to feud and Joe to go off and main event PPVs.

i completely agree with markz here... it was never a great feud. i kind of liked it at first because i think they match up well against eachother but it should have been a quick feud and then booker should have gone into the main event picture...

I liked the part at Final Resolution, but since then the feud has died. It should have at least ended at AAO I think. And I don't think adding the women at Lockdown is going to do any good at all. I fthis isn't the blow off I will not be happy

That's the thing with TNA, they like to drag things on for too long. So even if it was good, nobody will bother when it ends. Sometimes it's best to keep things short and sweet.

Not really fond of the women being added to the match. I think they can work decent matches against each other... but they haven't been long enough matches to really tell. They should of just kept one on one at Lockdown as it could've ended the feud better.

I think it did not lose steam nor did it gain any steam because the whole thing was kind of messed up about what they are fighting about i mean ya Roode hit Charmel but does booker need to go crazy over that... i mean it is just wrestling.. and it was kind of a good thing she got hit sometime.. and what i don't understand is when other women get in the way of a wrestling match and they get FU's or Chokeslamed or w\e they don't complain..

TNA drag everything out, and 9 times out of 10 it ruins feuds that have a great amount of potential.

Its just wrestling? So this is what should have happened then:

Mike Tenay: "Oh My god! Robert Roode just punched Sharmell in the face!!"

Don West: "Roode is a sick man Mike, someone needs to get him out of TNA!!"

Mike Tenay: "Wait a minute, Booker has a mic, what does he have to say about this"

Booker T: "Robert Roode! You just hit my wife in the face, you just broke her jaw, but you know what...I dont care. Because this is just wrestling and its not worth getting all mad about. You see Robert, this is all a work, you didnt really hit my wife, and Mike Tenay and Don West dont really care either.

Don West: "I guess he's right"

Booker T: "Bobby, this is just an angle, So you can leave that ring because my wife is OKAY!"

Sharmell gets up and doesnt sell a thing. She jumps to the outside where she meets her husband, Booker T on the ramp

Booker T: "Now can you dig that....SUCKAAAA!!!!!"
