I don't know too much about GFX or Bomberman, but that looks damn good. 10/10 Slash, gots to tell you I don't know who Bomberman is, but my money it's a Nintendo dude, and Nintendo kicks ass, lol.

IMO, the background doesnt suit the theme. the left psd looks weird. the right psd looks good. The border is good too.
Now what you can do, change the color of the text, doesnt suit with its style.
Your name is not clear, try using stroke (centre) layer effect to reduce the widness of the text, or just simply find a narrower text style.
6.5/10 its good, but you did better ones before tbh.

Ya, The b.g just doesnt work for me. As WS said, the left PSD looks wierd, but other than that, Its not too bad. But for some reason to me, all your text stil looks the same.....lol
