What do people mean when they say "Why didn't you blend it well?" is there some special way to blend?

some one told me to use this way... use garrison blur 4.0 and then press shift+ctrl+F and go to overlay... i think fatal told me that... its simple but it helps... there are other things u can do too... u also need to change the opacity on the other images so the main one stands out more..
