Numerous Canadian media outlets are reporting that pending government approval by the CRTC, Rogers (owners of the Toronto Blue Jays, Rogers Centre (aka the former Skydome) and part owners of the Maple Leafs, Raptors and F.C. will be buying The Score, which is home of all of the Canadian WWE programming.
There is already word making the rounds that there could be massive layoffs coming, which may affect WWE Experience since the studio portions of that show are produced in-house by The Score. It could also affect the post game show they have for Raw and Smackdown, since they are hosted by Renee Paquette and it sounds like she is about to be gone, based on reports.

There may even be a format shift to a more “ESPNews” style approach..

With all that said, it should be noted that back in the day, Rogers, which also owns the 4 Sportsnet Regional stations and the national Sportsnet 1 station, aired Sunday Night Heat.
