Beware shopping on TNA shop online

I saw your post in regards to shipping problems with the TNA Shop. Last year when they did all those 2 for 10 dollar sales, I bought a ton. Of course, a few listed as have been shipped but never did. Emails/Phone Calls went unnoticed. I eventually resorted to contacting the Middle Tennessee Better Business Bureau. Within a month, I received a check for a refund and a quick apology. If anyone else mentions a problem, thats a good way to go: click here. They are listed as TNA Entertainment and have a few other complaints against them as well.

i don't shop on TNA because i heard alot of complaints last year.... But i just thought to post it up on here to warn fellow IWF Members

I shop on ROHwrestling.com i done about nearlly 20 orders and only had one mix up The no where run dvd was all fucked and TNA DX 2007 didn't come with order and i let them know and in about 4-5 days they replaced it with a new perfect one and the TNA DVD and said they were verry sorry about this mix up.... But hey you can't have all 20 Perfect shipping.. But i still buy off them still... They have have alot of TNA stuff there so if you want tna go there...

dude me and you can releate for christmas i orderd a Raven and jeff hardy two set DVD's for 10 bucks and about 2 monthes later i started an E-mail converstaion with TNA, sure enough they told me they cancelled my oder, so i kept going on emails becuase i was pissed (and i think this is funny) i demanded free stuff because "i was so very mad my chrsitmas preasent didnt come lol" and they sent me a t shirt and two promo pictures and they told me it would not happen again but soon enough it did after ordering a christian T shirt it didnt come same thing happened so yeah it sucks i dont trust them now with ordering, now i just go to hot topic and buy tshirts of TNA there

Ive gotten about 5 things from there, and to be honest, Ive never had a problem. As a matter of fact, they have been very, VERY quick in delivering them. About 2-3 days for each item.

I bought my Samoa Joe DVD, my TNA T-Shirt, and my Sting Cap from ShopTNA and they all came in 3 days, so I havn't had a problem with it so far...

Oh yea Murder City, I was in Florida a few days ago and I went to Hot Topic to buy some TNA stuff and they didnt have any, do you know if all Hot Topic Stores are carrying them or is it just a select few?

Ya, seriously, Ive been to about 5 different fucking hot topic stores near me, and I have yet to see anything related to TNA. They have loads of WWE shit, but no TNA, I was pissed, and still am. Its like false advertising. :ranting:

i Havent order or use tna shopping yet that was from some dude...

i was gonna use it last year but when i heard about 5-8 different negative reports about the online shopping site on how they deal when stuff is purchase, i was a lil bit weary on it.. as i hate being fucked around... i have been on EBay being fucked around at the moment i won 6 dvd's (cause i got off him a few times no drama) and the dude only send 4 the dumbass and he is trying to say he send all 6.... but yeah being fucked around pisses ya off.

after i finally got the whole roh collection im going email roh about the ones from 2002-2004 about 15-25 of them that isn't released on DVD seeing if they can rematsered them and re-release them out....

I also get my wwe, tna stuff from there.

i think the WWE dvd from there site work out almost 10 bucks cheaper than buying them from a store here in australia and the tna one variety from 14-20 bucks can't complain with that price either..
