Better or Worse than NOC

I kind've forgot this PPV was coming up so soon and I don't really care about it to be honest. However, I took a second look at the card and it seems pretty good, which leads me to believe this PPV will be and has been understated. Following NOC, the worst PPV this year imo, do you think this PPV will be better or worse than NOC?

I'm gonna go ahead and say it'll be better than Night Of Champions,WWE seems to go all out with their new PPVs.

I don't plan on watching Battleground tomorrow. None of the stories are intriguing me. If i had to guess, It will be just as bad as Night of Champions.

Orton/DB, RVD/ADR, Rhodes/Shield, Punk/Ryback and Wyatt/Kofi I'm looking forward to. Sandow/Ziggler will be fine, Truth/Axel meh and the divas will be there too. So overall a fine card.
