In WWE/F history, what year, in your humbled opinion, is the best year? Why is it the best year to you?

(reason: superstar winning belt, superstar losing a belt, feuds, match-ups, new superstar/diva, ect. ect.)

2001. Kane's Royal Rumble streak, Kane beating Raven & Big Show for the Hardcore title, Kane beating HHH for the IC title. Two Man Power Trip vs Kane & Undertaker for all titles was awesome too.
2000 had my favourite PPV ever, Armageddon, but 2001 was overall more exciting for me.

I watched from 93 to 98ish. I was too younge to recall my favorite year.
I started watching again in 2009, yes, I missed a lot, I know.

I still love the mid to late 90's best. Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels <3 :yay:

So my favorite year thus far (as of 2009) has to be 2011. CM Punk won the title. Undertaker vs HHH at WM. Daniel Bryan got his spark. So much more.

FUCKIN 1998 DUH! THAT YEAR BY FAR WAS THE BEST YEAR IN PRO WRESTLING! This is not even up for debuat here! 1998 was that year WCW and WWE were at it best! It was also year were WWE got over WCW in the rating for the 1st time in 2 years in the monday war! great feud from both WWE and WCW! Stone Cold become a main eventer! WM14 EPIC! nWo and nWo Wolfpac, THE PUSH OF GOLDBERG IN WCW AND WINNING THE WCW WORLD CHAMPION! Undertaker and Kane EPIC FEUD! The Stone Cold vs. The Boss Vince Feud! And even the Push of the GREAT ONE THE ROCK AND MAKIND! Which Makind winning the WWE Champion was what ended WCW in EVER GETTING THE RATING BACK AS WWE NEVER LOSE ON MONDAY NIGHT AGAIN! Mainly because you got your years mixed up lol( mankind won the title january 4th 1999).The Rock and Mankind feud which resulted in Mankind winning his first ever WWE Title, thus boost the ratings for Raw and turn the tide in Monday Night Wars. Later, I also love The Undertaker became more satanic then ever, forming the unstoppable Ministry Of Darkness. I enjoy The Rock vs Steve Austin feud, after the feud was over we saw The Rock's face turn and made him one of the most beloved wrestlers ever. Later, we saw Austin vs The Undertaker in a great feud till July 1999. After that, we also saw the birth of McMahon-Hemsley Era where Triple H married Stephanie McMahon to close the year.

What a great, great year. Not to mention 11 WWE Title changes that year, with great wrestlers such as Mankind, Steve Austin, The Rock, and The Undertaker held that prestigious title.

Kane vs Taker, Brother rivalry.

Beginning of the Austin Era.

The Rock was beginning to get big reactions.

NWO vs NWO feud.

Goldbergs streak.

DX starts to get edgy while dominating in the faction war with Nation of Domination.

First Blood Match between Kane and Austin.

Kane's first title win.

The Undertaker's heel turn.

Hell In A Cell Match with Mankind and Taker which to me is a very iconic match.

Vince McMahon's character growth as a heel.

Mike Tyson appearance in 1998.

HBK puts over Austin.

Owen Hart surprised heel turn.

Survivor Series Deadly Games Tournament.

Many more.
