Succession is Johnny in a real fight he wins. The problem is Cobra Kai's first few seasons were kinda rough and they rely on the cameos pretty heavily. Great show but it can't stand on it's own two feet without a decent knowledge of the prior movies.

I would beg the differ to a degree. Season 1 you didn't need to know Johnny vs Daniel's beef with each other through the Movies they told you and balanced everything really well. They didn't rely on any shoe horned in Cameos everything has worked out so far for me. Succession I have never seen but I highly doubt Succession could make me cry harder than I ever had with this Scene from Cobra Kai.
