Not a powerslam or something like that, but holds, quickness, and amateur wrestling ability/background.

In this case what Jose said. However I personally judge a good wrestler on how good they are at telling at story. Prime example of this is 'Taker. Nowhere near the technical ability, the athleticism or the power of some of the younger guys like Ziggler/Bryan however he can still produce ****+ matches every year at 'Mania.
