I think the classic might win here but Elysium really surprised me with how good it was. Probably one of Matt Damon's best performances as well. Really interesting storyline and good execution.

Thought Elysium was fine, but I wouldn't have thought to have it anywhere my list really. Day the Earth Stood Still made mine though, it's a great fucking movie.

Don't watch the remake tho :side:
